This Johnny Dollar is missing part 4, but you should still be able to follow along without a problem, since they do a recap at the beginning of each episode

By this time it was Jack Johnstone who was producing, directing, and writing YTJD, He was great. and it shows. When the golden age of radio ended he did not go into television like everybody else, He spent much of his time making audio recordings for the visually impaired, which was almost unheard of in the 1960s.

The five-15 minute segments are the best. The 30-minute shows seem rushed.

The (5) 15 minute segment shows are by far the best written and the longer length just makes them more interesting and the scripts better written.@@brwnlady

Sad that Jack Johnstone found no place in Television as his work in radio was extremely well written.@@michaeldegen3850

For those who enjoy researching the biographies of the supporting cast, those mentioned in the closing credits are Lucille Meredith, Mary Jane Croft, Virginia Gregg, Herb Ellis, Howard McNear and Stacy Harris.

Always wonderful to hear Howard McNear in the many radio shows in which he played. Howard McNear's most endearing role was as the first Doc Adams in the original radio version of "GUNSMOKE". William Conrad gave him the name along with that of Chester played originally by Parley Baer.
