You need to equip medkit so all the meds spawned are high level and deal good damage, that's why you struggle with all IF, its MANDATORY having that medkit

Yep. Theirs cheapest unit cost literrary 25. Much too much. And theirs abbility geniually need a lot of buffing. 4 healing from a random drop is literrary nothing.

They did, they changed his SA from “a random combat item drops when he dies” to “gains fury buff for 5 seconds after being deployed”
