The arrival experience through the direct express elevator up to 29th floor is already stunning; the view of the dining room is absolutely spectacular. The ambience is exquisite. The food quality and presentation is superb. As a Michelin star rated restaurant it's expected to pay much much more in western countries for this level of quality and service.
The view is amazing, the ambiance and decor are second to none! The question is how they can offer such incredible value and services ? I can imagine their expenses must be way above a average restaurant, yet their offers are so reasonable. In most western countries, usually Cognac is served after the meal, I find it interesting they are being served before and during dinner, I guess it must be a cultural thing.😊

Yes, it's the culture here, they don't like drinking after d meal.
Are Ice wines popular as a desert after dinner there? It is in Canada, since we produce very good quality ice wine in the Niagara region in Ontario. We have the perfect environment and terroir for that, I had an opportunity to visit an ice wine festival there a few years back, it was quite an experience.😊

Not that popular here, they like to serve the wine during the meal not after the meal😀
