was at the blackpool wcq regional september regional at lazy dragon and met mike smith, who managed to grab himself a 3rd place finish at the regional that day. was absolutely fascinated with his deck and wanted to help him share it with the world. lovely guy and honestly wish we could've talked about his galaxy photon deck for longer cause he was great at helping me understand all his choices. congrats on ur first regional top!

@@Jmac0968 Anything where they run 1 or 2 copies of an extra deck monster vital for their combo. You just banish that and game over. Dragon link for instance, banish their Striker dragons out before they can even use them.

Been playing galaxy eyes in master duel and i got to say one of the best if not the best decks around started to play galaxy around a month exactly the same deck and this deck is offensive asf i got to platinum close to diamond

I can't agree more with the lack of hand traps. All of my testing really kept putting me in situations where they were bricks very often. I could maybe see Veiler or Nibiru since they are light for Soldier but still not in the main. Overall this list is very solid. I'm curious if Galaxy Cyclone was considered for the side since it's searchable backrow removal. I used it back when Mine was legal because I wanted to have an out somewhere in the deck.

Funniest thing is when they are running hope harbinger and you steal it, thanks for the free spell negate! Also the standard Neo gets up to way more than 12k, I've regularly gotten up to 18k or higher if you've managed to preserve other xyz on your board, such as clearing the way for him with the full armour/blade pop line.

Whats your on opinion on galaxy cleric instead of upstart? I think its really good to increase the grind game capability of the deck and it doesnt hurt much to run because of the consistency boost we thanks to the latest support. 2 solflare + 1 cleric is basicaly infinit grindgame

Unless they decided to go with the TCG ruler which is unlikely (personally i think they should) So pretty much just used to convert a stolen monster from Cipher into material for xyz stacking there

Personally I wouldn’t use more than 2 galaxy soldiers, as good as they are there is only so many level change abilities in the deck and part from cyber infinity there’s nothing else it can be used for tho that’s my opinion and no ones deck will be the same even if they are using the same type
