Yes droplet is amazing in this deck and I've mentioned it in my previous profiles. It also works well with utopia double helping you go for game easier. Definitely worth running if you have them

Hey man, came from APS. I've been playing for a awhile and wanted to play Harpie's because I loved them in Duel Links, so now I understand how they work in the TCG better. Will have to go with some budget options, but I think I can make it work fine

This deck is almost equal to the one I use on master duel, expect i run summoner monk to discard hysteric sign to bring perfumer or channeler from the deck and search 3 cards in the end phase, also 3 elegant egotist could brick due to unexpected die, so I think 2 are perfect

I'm playing this in Master Duel and it's been working well so far. Unfortunately, there's a pretty major issue there. We currently cannot choose the Hysteric Sign / Barricadeborg Blocker order. It always resolves Barricadeborg first, putting Sign in the hand before adding the three Harpie cards. Suppose this becomes the ruling, rather than remaining a bug. Would you still run Barricadeborg, but also run more copies of Hunting Ground to make it live more often? Would you replace it outright, such as with Tornado Dragon?

I scourged the web for other link 2 monsters that allow you to discard from the hand and came up with 2: knightmare cerberus and knightmare phoenix. The only problem is they can’t be used first turn as to activate the discard effect there must be a monster/spell/trap card to target for their destruction effect. Knightmare goblin didn’t have that problem but it is banned as it gives u a free normal summon as well. Hopefully they fix this effect but one way of circumventing it is if you have a harpie’s field effect on the graveyard so if you manage to get both in the graveyard it can be done, but at that point the barrelborg isn’t really doing much itself.

just a FYI, If the order of effects activating is an issue there is a setting in master duel settings that allows you to manually choose the order.

@@CouldntDecide15 do you mean "activation order settings"? sadly turning that on doesnt really do anything that is because master duel have a predetermine order of card for automatic effect. when you summon Barricadeborg to trigger the effect to ditch Hysteria Sign, the order has been determine as Barricadeborg = 1 and Hysteria Sign = 2, so during end turn, Barricadeborg will always activate before Hysteria Sign.. "activation order settings" only allow the player to select cards when there is multiple card that can be activated at the same time, for example Called by the Grave and AA-Zeus. Both Barricadeborg and Hysteria Sign graveyard effect is not consider as activation effect but automatic effect, similar to DPE's graveyard effect... there is no activation, it just happen, so that is why you cant chain card like DD Crow or Called by the Grave to DPE's revival effect.

You can use the Dragunity package instead of barricade blocker and I think has better synergy because with Perfumer is one card combo and you can end with Simorgh

@@charlos8744 The Harpie Lady MRD cards were originally released uncensored but later prints covered them up, which means there's no Holo versions, which is a shame. Harpie Lady is iconic as well, I don't understand why we keep getting BEWD/REBD/DM/DMG alt arts but nothing else; Harpie Lady of all cards had 3 variations, the 2 and 3 as Alt's for the vanilla and Cyber Harpie would be really cool. Maybe retrains for the effect monsters (1-3 and Sisters). And Perfumer is the best Harpie, even Harpist and Oracle are decent yet they decided Dancer, Rest, Mirror, basically everything else were the ones they wanted. I just found what I was looking for. Google: "Harpie Lady 4x Orica Proxy Set" for $9 and you can get 1x Harpie Lady, Perfumer, Harpist, and Channeler, which is the only "problem" because Channeler was already LART as opposed to Oracle.

In YGO Master Duel, Barricadeborg Blocker's effect activates first before Hysteric Sign's graveyard effect, resulting in Hysteric Sign being added back into the hand before it activates. Should that be intended?? Or is there a ruling on which gets activated first??

Btw, why instead of playing small world you play Wynn, the wind Channeler that does the same and you don't have to run droll or DD crow wich are bricks sometimes?

Because Wynn locks you into wind effs, which is very bad. Being locked into wind effs makes you unable to use Ferrijit or barricade borg blocker, which are two very important cards. Also, Droll and Crow add great go second cards to the list as well. Small world is also versatile in the sense that you can search a hand trap if you use it after comboing.

What sleeves do you use for your deck?

The best Outer Sleeves out there are Dragon Sheild Matt Standard Sleeves on Amazon for $10 (NOT the non glare one with white dragon on the box, which may mute Holo details.) The textured back of Dragon Sheild Matt has a great shuffle and grip texture. They have durability unlike any other sleeve and can last years. There are knock-off brands like Titansheild, but they are not long enough for Yu-Gi-Oh sleeves so you don't want to see the inner Yu-Gi-Oh sleeve pop out, and the size of these feel great too, any stiffness the sleeves have make any kind of gap (not really any) not noticable. You can use the shiniest sleeves in the world and they will be protected and still shine through the back. Even used shiny sleeves hide scratches and almost look new. Actual "Inner sleeves" I am not sure on. Basically the ones you would put Starlights in, then put them in Standard Yu-Gi-Oh Sleeves, then Standardized Dragon Shield for a triple protection. There is a really cool Stylized sleeve Imperium Duelist has that makes all your cards shatterfoil/Duel Terminal, these should be fine at locals but Regionals people will say they are illegal (which makes no sense because DT, Starlight, Collector's Rare, etc are all legal). Oh well.

How does Small World work with harpies when it says choose 1 monster from your Deck that has exactly 1 of the same Type, Attribute, Level, ATK or DEF, When they all have at least two of them.
