On your last video, I was one of the people that commented cyber Dragon. I went to locals yesterday. and I have to agree…. This is not a deck built for anything higher than locals… against unchained and pendulum, I put in work. But against Exosister and Branded, while the chance wasn’t remote of winning, it was definitely an uphill battle. Branded are good at weathering board breaks, and Exosister is picking off parts of your combo before you could even get off the ground. To be fair, maybe my chances would improve if I had cards like Thrust. But there was one other deck that I faced. I forget the archetype. Let’s just say against a D Shifter or D Fissure, the contact fusion strategy is off-line. So I have to agree with you on this, Rabbit. Anyway, great videos. I checked out your evil twin site and it’s good stuff. Also, you should make a video for people that want to pick up a new more competitive deck, but are too dumb (like me) for super complex strategies. Before people jump down my throat, I won’t give up on cyber dragon. it’s one of my favorite decks. I’m just tempering my expectations.

So happy you included Springans. Like you said, it has potential and if the player knows how and when to use the effects correctly it can steal games. Last time at locals I beat an Unchained player with my Springans Synchron build.

shoutout to you for all the nice words given to plunder patroll. i just got a new plunder patroll deck irl to play in tcg for the first time in many years. Plunder is great im looking to use the brave engine aswell because of the reprints, and i been looking at the centurion cards to add to it a bit aswell maybe

as a drytron player, i think the weakness of the deck is hard to say if you dont play it but basically its this:: 1. the deck lacks any sort of "tour guide" 1 card combo starter, everything in the deck requires 2 cards. 2. it looses HARD to bystials, shifter, and ichizu shufflers (in other words, if tear is popular dryton sucks) 3. it looses to special summon / monster negates but only if they have around 2/3 of them. The strengths though, are that it can easily play through any 1 hand trap, usually necessitating them to draw 2. and only looses to droplet when it comes to board breakers. making it very good at going first, especially game 1. additionally, other then monster negates and special summon negates other forms of disruption opponents might have usually can be easily played through (ie. banish/targeted negate/destruction/bounce). [when i say it can "play through" i dont mean it creates a sub optimal board, i mean it can chaos lock through them *preventing opponent from activating ANY monster effects on their turn*] this is why drytron is able to easily sweep midrange decks that dont draw combo + multiple hand traps. while simultaniously automatically loosing when it goes second against certain decks. the only deck i fear as a drytron player is dragon link. other then that, their are decks that are just coin flips (rikka / tearlament) where the match is decided 100% based on the coin flip and rng of hands and little else. I think drytron has what it takes to top, it just needs to have good matchups and not loose the coin flip to rikka or tear too many times.

Supreme gate pend is decent, their going second is still weak but board breakers exist , hand traps and Exciton exist also the days of them not able to run hand traps , talents and called are over , I tested them and if you want look at the ocg lists . They are present.

I 1000% believe people are sleeping on Crystal Beasts, I dont think it belongs in "Bruh", as long as there is a good player behind the deck, it can scorch most meta decks out there. Yes you can go for Dweller, You can tech in LIttle Knight, You can add a Kashtira engine, and its decent, I think your wrong on the deck, its a pure combo deck that gets around most hand traps especially with Bagooska, it does not really care for Droll or veiler or Ash even, not even Toadally Awesome. I dont know you should do your research on it instead of just saying its not great. By saying its not great, your not giving the deck a lick of a chance, its got a lot of hidden potential especially with the support it recently got.
