I play an evil eye shaddoll deck. Sounds bad, but try Winda + Gorgonio/Serziel. It's wonderfully oppressive.

U should run 3 of armory call. The card adds an equip spell from deck to hand then u also have the choice to equip it to an appropriate monster on field. You can search the Selene or

Wait, also built evil eye; are you telling me you can basically ignore Gorgon's cost if it doesn't point to anything? That sounds way too good to be true.

It's not a cost and it's mandatory for it to attempt to destroy a card during the next standby phase after you used its effect to negate the effect of an opponent's monster. So, even if it points to no monsters, its effect must activate and you'll lose 500lp and it will gain 500 atk if equipped with selene.

Selene is so essential for everything though. 3 selene is better since you don't want to waste your 1 serziel search per turn on selene. 3 selene, 2 gorgoneio

Evil Eye can be really fun with some other equip support. Megamorph can be great in this deck, and Armory Call can make for some nasty surprises. I've been running Evil Eyes with Lair of Darkness and it's a lot of fun.
