Also, the chain order didn't matter when you activate a card with multiple effects you declare which effects you are going to use on activation. Thus he couldn't steal your fiend and summon gateway on the same chain.

@@MegaAgamon That's not true. It's all in the same effect. The special summoning part of Shark Cannon is optional though, which is why you have a choice. You decide whether or not you want to special summon upon the resolution of the effect in this instance. So had he done Cannon as cl1 and anchor as cl2 then yes, the chain would've been 100% legal. But as pointed out in the video, the chain was built the other way around and the resolution was in-fact illegal. (He could still banish, and in-fact that was the only way to legally resolve that chain)

@@thk573 you still need to declare what you are going to do on activation. Check the ruling of Kunai with Chain. It applies to a lot of cards. Shark cannon can be activated since it doesn't have to special summon. But you cannot special summon if you do not declare it.

@@MegaAgamon The difference between Shark Cannon and Kunai with Chain is that Kunai with Chain is two separate effects. The choice to special summon or banish for Shark Cannon is all one effect. What's done is decided on the resolution of Shark Cannon since everything happens inside of one effect. Kunai with Chain however, has two different effects it can do and that's why it has to be declared on activation.

In response to asking when I first saw this series, I had youtube recommend Ep. 1 about the time you realized Ep 3 or 4. I really enjoyed it, and this is the only sealed deck series I watch. Also, I agree with going for either DUDE or CHIM, with the goal of either your side deck or trying to pull Striker Dragon. Could also just go for other consistency cards, but either way I'm sure I'll enjoy watching, and at the end of the day you make this great content for us for free, so do whatever you want.

Grab link strike and a crap ton of dark neostorm and you’ll be set. Hopefully. It was either that or v strike starter to get guaranteed double or nothing for utopia double, but you don’t really need it. Remember, you have UD from ep 2.

Considering how hard your Striker matchup is, I recommend picking up Gates of the Underworld. It gives you Eradicator which is a blowout against the deck as well as Allure of Darkness to help you with consistency

Started watching from episode 1, the episode 3 caught my eye cause I love the Felgrand Deck, I have to say that I really appreciate how much effort you put into these videos and being able to keep it up weekly, that's really good! Also hopefully you try Rokket Felgrand one day, if you open Chaos Impact in the future and manage to pull Starliege Seyfert and Nebula Dragon you're pretty much set. As for what to open for the upcoming regionals I would say maybe open duel devastator to improve the side deck ?

Since you want to increase your chances at the Tournament, you could go the boring route and buy a box of Duel Devastator to beef up the Side Deck. In doing so, you could also get Fist of the Gadgets or the recent Legendary Duelists for Starving Venom. You could also check out Rising Rampage for Romulus, the Dragunity Link, to turbo out Dragon Ravine. Alternatively, you could start building the Ib combo by looking for Ib and Cynet Mining in Dark Neostorm or get the Draconet and Galaxy Serpent from the Link Structure Deck.
