Jack-o-Bolan is probably one of the best cards zombies could have asked for because... 1. It gets zombies from your hand into the grave 2. It special summons itself and is therefore an extender and starter in one 3. It extends further by special summoning any zombie from any grave (during the opponents main phase) 4. By doing so it banishes itself until the end of the turn (evasion) 5. And by summoning an opponents monster from their grave it also basically permanently removes that card as the summoned monster gets banished if it leaves the field Bonus: You can trigger the banish effects of Shiranui monsters if they leave the field after being summoned by Jack-o-Bolan

@@HontonXLive yeah, it's really crazy how good of a card it is. In Zombie world zombies I probably won't use 3 as the deck has already enough high-level monsters, but 2 are pretty much set in stone. But my Shiranui deck will use 3. I mean, yeah, Jack-o-Bolans effects are a hard once per turn, but who cares? It's just that great of a card if you ask me.

jack-o-bolan is great in zombies, it can turn doomking's banish effect into a quick effect basically, lets you dump important cards like banshee and mezuki and the reborn can stop graveyard reliant decks especially since their piece will be banished once off the field

We need these honestly box openers like Cimo and Dzeff, they are living proofs that the box doesn't have that high ratio to pull out rare cards like Lightning Storm. Some channels they pulled Lightning Storm like within 2-3 packs, or E Hero Liquid, making the boxes look so easy to jackpot even that they're not. Thank you Cimo for giving us these great videos, I hope that someday you can open a good box for yourself.

Cyberse tip: Inverted Code Talker is really good with Cynet Codec because it can search for a Light attribute Cyberse like Lady Debug or Backup Secretary. Also because it is a Code Talker, Micro Coder & Code Radiator lets you link summon from the hand. Hope this helps :)

Jack O Bolan is incredibly good for zombie. It means we are less normal summon reliant, and we don't have to rely as much on danger rng

Jack-o-Bolan got me psyched as a Zombies fan. Easy to summon, and can recycle a zombie monster from the GY for any added plays. The Fire Attribute and Banish mechanic also makes me think of Jack as an Honourary Shiranui member. I believe he's also supposed to synergize with Guard Ghost (in the same booster pack), but I'm pretty sure that's not what he's gonna be used for. C Squadder in common! Giant Ballpark Players REJOICE! Really glad to see Unchained getting more support. Building the deck, but I gotta admit that the price of some of the older support are quite a bit much for a non-meta archetype! Karakuri looks very tempting to me. Always wondered if the names are supposed to actually be English words spoken with a heavy Japanese accent (e.g. "Bureido"=Blade, "Bureibu"= Brave)

Jack o bolan is really good, de-bricks the hand and is like a quick effect monster reborn on the opponent's turn, balerdroch's banish effect becomes quick play too. and if you have zombie world on play, you can chain him to monsters being special summoned or targeting a monster from the grave.

@@Nublyk or maybe just have to erase OP decks like orcust? Let's just face it, the other decks weren't that awful in a vacuum, they where actually pretty well balanced. It's just the fact that orcust and Sky Striker exists which makes other decks worse by default. Printing just better decks won't get anyone anywhere. It would just fire up the powercreep again in a bad way from which konami finally managed to break apart from.

I suspect the most impactful @Ignister cards will be the generic extra deck monsters, mostly Light Dragon and to a lesser extent Wind Pegasus. Light Dragon is just one more tool in the endless Rank 4 toolbox with non-targeting being it's selling point, and Wind Pegasus is essentially a non-targeting alternative to something like Yazi for destroying backrow.

Ancient Warriors would be so much better if they were warriors rather than beast-warriors. That way they would actually have out of archetype support that isn't just the fire formations. They could also use some more ways to activate their effects on the opponents turn outside of the battle phase. I mean imagine if you could easily activate Sun Mou's bounce effect during your opponents turn. Or if Zhuge Kong didn't rely on having Liu Xuan also on the field to have a quick effect negate. I mean sending a Ancient Warriors Continuous Spell/Trap is enough of a restriction to mostly keep it from keeping it out of just being a splash-able negate. It just feels like they have a few to many weird restrictions, and a massive lack of swarming. Like Zhuge Kong's negate wouldn't be such a problem if you didn't need a double summon or fire formation tensu just to get both of them on the field. I mean if all of the level 4 cards read "If you control an "Ancient Warriors" monster with a different attribute, you can special summon this monster" I think they would be much better. I mean yeah they would be mostly reliant on their normal summon but they would still have Guan Yun for a generic special summon so they would at least have that. Though at that point they would likely just become another rank 4 toolbox deck, rather then the main deck beat-down they kind of are now. Ether way though I still like them, but I really like Three Kingdoms era stuff, so that likely has a lot to do with it.
