Ok so I play tested today with friends against burning abyss and dinos. Its definitely better against extra deck based decks with the shaddoll build. I love lambda. I had 3 negates plus super poly going 1st

Turn one: •Summon Al-search invocation •Set invocation in extra monster zone colomn •Summon almiraje using Alister(you now have a colomn to summon mekks[don't use purple first unless you have to]) •link summon lambda using the blue mekk,red mekk, or indigo •now summon purple in the colomn and banish him using his search(lambda will trigger after this resolves) • during your end phase you will have the option to add a PSY-Frame "card" from you deck to your hand. Boom. Now if you don't want to or can't use purple you can use invocation on Alister in the grave and a mekk "on the field" to summon mechaba and after that resolve lambda will trigger. Same play just without purple.

And I run three blue because not pulling a search mekk hurts really bad for advantage. But your call on two or three. I almost would rather run three blue over three purple. I always summon blue first unless it's turn one.

Can’t use tokens for Lambda, but if you have two extra slots you can play the wind sky striker and a linkuriboh to make lambda though. Unless I’m missing something lol 😅

Didn't think he meant as one play, in a row for Lambda. It's more: play hornet drones> Token> Kagari>add back the H. Drones for later> link off the kagari+alister in lambda. Could be wrong but thats my best guess. Or just summon Madness instead

That being said, during testing I found that having the hayate and shizuku would’ve helped going first when you open purple + drones and no aliester.

Ok so what can we do about drivers banish? I've thought about ddr equip spell which also helps with other monsters you have banished, the pay frame circuit is also good but becomes hard to wanna use over meltdown and makes a little more clutter. Any other ideas? I do run Omega because hey he's a generic level 8 that rips a card for a turn lmao

If driver is banished I don't really care especially if I resolve a gamma. Not worth adding in potential bricks to get it back imo

Ddr so far hasn't bricked me, if anything it's actually a nice tech, it revives any mekk from banished after invocation, but your right you don't need him back. But when you face thunder crusadia gdragon, one negate is not enough. Yes if you hit elpy they have to play different but they still can come back from it now.

@@spartang2936 I'm not too sure about Imperial Order. That card would hurt this deck quite a bit, too. I know you would try and set up a board before activating it but if you haven't drawn a good hand first turn it seems like it would be more of a hindrance.

psy framegear packit can easily cause brick because lambda cannot prevent them from being banish at the end phase, and if driver is banished, 2 other gamma cannot use effect (arcording to ocg ruling, psy framegear cannot activate if you do not have driver in hand deck or GY) also afterburners and window anchor cannot be use if you have monsters in main monster zone, we fusion alot, so that nearly 100% happens, we will brick a lot of cards.

I get that gamma cant work if you dont have a driver in hand deck or graveyard, didnt need to type that because I never said that it could work like that hahah. Playing thre gamma is to just increase the chance of opening it in your starting hand. Hornet drones and engage are too good to not play even if they do have that restriction because the restriction can be played around anyways by playing them at the correct time before you fuse or after they clear cards

Not a fan of this build. I've tried SS engine as well, it doesn't bring anything to the deck, and it's bricky after turn one. Mind control should be in here, it's the best "negate bait" and if it resolves on a Link Monster, you're in a great position. Then I strongly recommand you to try the Shaddoll Engine (6 cards Main (3 Fusions,1 Dragon, 1 Beast and 1 trick clown for the link material and the chain link block on the Shaddolls), 1 card Extra being Construct). Also I removed the Trap and the Mekk-Link for True King of All Calamities, very easy to make (2Mechaba) and way better than the trap.

I personally like pure mekk since I can run it going first most of the time trying to make my own columns off of a draconnet or instafusion or soft locking with iron dragon and knightmare corruptor iblee. I also prefer how focuses more on multiple effect negations with secrets and column switching with indigo (shifty boi) and even wattkinetic puppeteer.

James Daniel Jean it’s pointless now because you just make almiraj instead with alister. Basically it frees up 2 spots for better cards. I was basically looking for any excuse to not play it because it didn’t do anything if they help you with columns and was purely link fodder. Like hard drawing the red with no targets in grave.

I put artifact scythe to help me with this deck, i hate the psy frame engine, it bricks and i hate it, but here is my deck, i test it out tomorrow against true draco, salamangreat, noble knight, and a mystic mjne deck. Tell me what you think. yugiohdeckbuilder.com/deck/2177052
