E-Hero Stratos Nah man, I think Konami just doesn't pay attention to Stratos. The truth is that everyone wants him unbanned but I think Konami would just rather keep him banned before he has any wierd shinanigans, but in my opinion he's not that bad. I think at 1 he's alright. Hell I think even Disc Commander could come back at 1 with an errata, maybe keep his effect but when this card is removed from the field it gets banished facedown. That way u could only use it once and here's the cool part, u can never normal summon or set it, cus if it were to get removed from the field just one time it's gone forever unless u got a frkn Omega up and handy. It'll have to be sent to the graveyard from ur hand or deck.

I kinda see why they like field spells. Their effect's can be "negated" by destroying them in response, similar to permanent spells & traps. That makes them easy to balance, especially considering how much good spell & trap removal they released recently (Tornado Dragon, Heavy Storm Duster, Unending Nightmare, etc.).

Real talk. This is one of the first lists in a while where tons of casual players won't have thier decks hit because Konami didn't want to hit the problem cards. This time they hit the biggest offenders and left it at that. Some of the shit coming off the list is pretty hype as well.

Personally, I don't think unbanning Stratos is going to magically make the deck relevant again. They already have triple Shadow Mist, triple E - Emergency Call, triple A Hero Lives, and ROTA. What's another searcher on top of that? I think it would be more productive to give them some better main deck monsters and maybe a Fusion Sage for Mask Change.

I think Daigusto Emeral was banned due to the Infernity FTK that used Emeral as 1 card firewall dragon summoning back gaisaber from your graveyard to continue abusing monster searches from archfiend and summoning mirage, avenger, necromancer from your hand after searching them and using firewall effect. The deck would have been fine even if broadbull would have been banned because feral imps and pendulum magician can substitute the zodiac engine. I am excited to see what the deck can do now seeing hat Emeral is gone or if it will fade away back to rogue tier and out of tier 1.5

Dinos are obviously still playable. Just look at the 30$ budget deck profile and mix it with the 100$ profile cimo made. Load up 2 rabbits and pairs of megalosmasher and sabersaurus. The only big hit for them was miscellaneosaurus and you can compensate for that with laggias protection or something else. What is already extinct may never die!

The tk yang zing build is dead with Lytho and Denglong banned, but pure build is still viable despite miscell at 1, but they do have 3 Rescue Rabbit. We might see the return of Dino Rabbit that focuses more on control rather than explosive plays.

I like the idea with this ban list, but at the same time I feel they should've done something to either MP or Diagram. The small dracos were strong for generating advantage and helping you get to your MP, so it hits TD Demise, and the splashable engine of just MP and Digram is still possible, but having both at 3 still makes the deck too consistent in my opinion. One thing for sure, I'm building True Draco Fire Kings now that I know it's safe from the ban list for now.

We still have desires, duality, card of demise, terraforming, 3 diagrams and 3 master peaces... so now demise true Draco is gonna be running rampant since every other deck in the meta currently is mediocre at best. Spyral isn't full power yet, zoo is dead, and no other deck competes with either of these.

Master Peace turbo still lives. Also since Master Peace and Diagram not being hit overshadows a lot of other cards that did not get hit but are worth mentioning, like Pot of Desires, Card of Demise, Gofu, the Brilliant engine, Fairy Tail Snow, Solemn Strike, Trickstar Reincarnation and most important of all Terraforming is still at 3.

Rabbit at 3 could mean Dino Rabbit makes a comeback, albeit a different variety. (Like, maybe Rabbit into Missus Radiant or Mistar Boy as a free link, plus Tyranno or the fire True King blowing up Babycerasaurus and Petiteranodon, getting you more dinos that you can then go into more extra deck monsters now that you have a link established.) Idk how well that would translate into gameplay, but Rabbit being at 3, with Sabersaurus and Megalosmasher X a thing, could still breathe life into dinos

Overall, I say it's on okay list. Zoo is still a viable engine (if you're playing Fire Fist or Bujin or pretty much any Beast-Warrior XYZ summoning deck) because of Whiptail's effect. Banning Daigusto Emeral, in my eyes, was a terrible hit. Dinomight Knuckler was a weird hit as was Lithosagym. Not gonna lie, I'm super salty at Terrortop being on the list still. Grass should have come off, hitting Dark Hole to one was odd as well. But not hitting Oviraptor, Masterpeace, and Diagram is where they really fucked up. Sure, Dinos is missing a really, really good card and they're not near as indestructible anymore but they still have six searches in their deck. But, also, good on them for hitting Drident and Broadbull. A little shocked that Barrage is at 3 still, but, hey, there's always the next list.

This list basically clears the way for Link based decks which from Konami's view was probably the only thing they really care about right now. Personally I really like what they did. Sure we always would like more to be brought back but it has certainly got me looking forward to this format.

Dinomight knight at 0 and ignis at 1 are clever hits. The deck is slowed down SIGNIFICANTLY. The deck DEPENDS on the single tribute monsters so you can make a master peace immune to monsters. Dinomight enables traps to be activated on your opponents turn and then allows the master peace to hit the field on your opponents turn heavenly monarch style. Soooooo yeah don't expect true draco to really be that good anymore because its firepower is significantly nerfed. Like, even with triple diagram, what are you gonna search with diagram? Also, gateway to 1->time for six Sams bois

D/D for #1 archetype in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, I've got a seriously strong deck from that archetype, i definitely suggest picking up the pendulum domination structure deck set, it's rapid special summoning capability is definitely a plus for ending duels quickly and effectively, not that i don't enjoy a nice long duel every now and then

I know like 90% of these comments are about the banlist but I wanted some insight to a tech card (I think) that I found in one of my binders and thats Ojama Knight its a level 5 so instant fusion works and it has 0 attack which doesnt matter and the effect is "Select up to 2 of your opponent's Monster zones. The Monster Zones cant be used" would that work for link zones? and is the effect permeant since the card has no specification on how long it lasts? because it really wouldnt have to be used for a "Link" zone like if they had a Decode talker you could judt prevent them from using those connected zones I Think I cant find anything like this on any website so some enlightenment would be nice

Emeral is collateral damage sadly. It's a excellent rogues gallery card but so long as a generic rank four that states "shuffle 3 monsters from your graveyard to draw 1 card" exist there would be a looming threat someone would abuse it later down the line. Aw well guess I'll be taking it out of my triamids. (Don't forget it was a rock type so I could boost the weirdly archetyped dude to 2300). I just wished Ignis didn't get hit so I could continue to run it at three in my True monarch build (It has monarch stats). Also I don't know if cim-ox8 reads these long comments but ty for the mini market advise I purchased 2 master peaces just in the nick of time (Mostly because the Marc set cucked me by giving me two unwanted diagrams and no master peaces (Which are both still at three so yay me I guess)) after your video.

aside from emeral, i'm totally down with this new list. (and lithosagym to a lesser extent, since i'm pretty sure it was either gonna be that or diagram, unless they hit cerasaurus instead, which seemed to me at least to be the more reasonable hit. but it is what it is)

I feel like ability to bring back true dracos from grave is scary but not as much as being able to shuffle your cards back in the deck... without dinomite knight well see some of the other true dracos coming into play or True Draco monarchs will become a thing.

El shaddoll fusion at 2..But construct is still banned. Who knows maybe in november we'll see something with shaddolls again, be it link support or whatever.
