Cimoooo the 2nd effect can also be activated again if you book of moon the baroness or tag it out and summon it again with the standby phase effect. the only thing you cannot do is using the effect multiple times per turn with different copies.

@@petercross1879 It was linkross that helped make it a real problem. Konomai is just being illogical. Jet synchron and glow up bulb should not be banned if plague spreader is allowed to be around. Hell, glow up bulb is once per duel. I guess maybe you could argue that jet synchron has more ways to get to it, but I still do not see that ass enough. Banning halq would not make synchro better. Synchro summoning is slow on it’s on, which is why halq boost all the decks. The way virtual world and xiangjian work is an example of how to make synchro more modern without relying on link summoning.

the thing to note about this sherry support in synchro storm is that Sherry's other cards in animation chronicles gives you a consistent 1 card combo that leads to Halq ending on Baroness and Savage Dragon, or just make Baroness on the 5th summon and proceed with your plays. Due to this, you can fit in either handtraps or other engines to help support it, like Eldlich for the control (Synchro Eldlich comeback anyone?). Plus, her fusion can revive back Necro Synchron, making her a level 8, and you bring back out Baroness. I'm a bit scared they made these too generic, but I'm also glad they didn't mess up on Sherry's cards. She needed it after not getting enough screen time in 5Ds while playing a big role and barely having a functional, playable deck.

Honestly, after SO MANY YEARS... I'm glad these cards are not only getting support _here_ , the other cards from the anime are going to be in the OCG's Animation Chronicle 2021 (with buffs), but... The cards are mostly generic-ish so there could be some fun deck building to be done! Sherry fans got some of that good stuff. Well worth the wait!

Oftentimes people who weren't around for things like TeleDAD and Return OTK formats talk about wishing cards were generic instead of the game being based in archetypes. The problem is that there's an extremely delicate balance between having generic cards that can be combined in a variety of interesting ways, and having generic cards that all synergize into tier 0 nonsense. It's a really tough line to toe, and I don't blame Konami for using archetypes to avoid it. That being said, this is exactly what generic cards should look like. They don't lock you into any archetype, so any deck can technically use them, but they aren't generically good in every deck. You need synergy in your plays for them to work. It offers non-archetypal and multi-archetypal strategies that are fun, creative and powerful without threatening to build a tier0goodstuff.dek. This is genuinely good card design.

That lv10 synchro would be a nice addition to infernobles. Once you have charles summoned via halq+aroradon combo, special renaud> grab ddr from gy> summon new lv10 with charles and renaud> banish charles with divine blade> use ddr discarding blade target charles to summon again.

there is a combo with halqifibrax and artifact scythe/dagda in wic with the second effect of halqi you can tag out into wonder magician set a scythe of dagda, pop the scythe with wonder magician and then quick synchro into baroness locking your opponent from the extra deck and with an omni-negate. there should be a way to do this with 2 cards in dragon link or something but i dont have enough big brain power to make a deck around it.

I absolutely love the potential with Sage de Fleur... Heck... ALL of these Sherry LeBlanc cards have potential (given how semi-generic to purely generic they are). And I think given the fact that the original cards from her are so obscure to fans outside of 5D's (and they're now being printed in Japan's Animation Chronicle 2021 with buffed effects)... Yeah, this is noice. If you are a Sherry fan, you got treated REALLY well!

I think some of these cards could see use in Dragunity decks. Their boss monsters are level 10 synchros, so Baroness could fit in (though you’d probably need to use Phalanx for it), White Steed can be summoned if you have Phalanx or Couse on the field, and Fleuret can summon back the tuners and then equip onto the synchros afterwards (boosting the 10s to 4000!).

Alright so! The destroy a card on the field stuff is actually meant to help trigger Necro Fleur, whos effect reads: "If this card is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Sorciere de Fleur" from your Deck" That means that every one of your destroy a card on the field effects in this all allow you to get this Level 1 Plant monster out from your deck to the field and then have it die to summon in the level 8 who steals a monster from the opponents grave yard but kills it in the end phase. Not to shabby a setup, frankly, im liking the support this deck got!

Junk speeder is a big fat Ash target, and if speeder doesn't resolve, or you get nibiru'd immediately after it resolves you lose. The deck is cool, but if a high ceiling was the only thing a deck needed to be good, fish link would be playable.

Well they do have good cards from legendary duelist: Rose maiden, millennium eyes, cyberload fusion, bingo machine go, the evil heros and even the elemental heros and pretty much all the dark magicians cards. Mean magician souls and soul servant which can draw you 1 to 4 cards. But other then that every other card was okay to terrible.

That continous spell is a decent starter card because monsters like junk synchron and Synchron Explorer benefit from having a monster in grave that they can special summon so its basically like a fail safe for the deck because it discards for cost I think. And there's some cheese with the lvl 10 synchro a lvl 8 monster and Formula synchron but idk the specifics of making that work.
