What sucks is that the Eldlich Boss monster is super-short printed, pre-selling at $80+. Some people even saying that there is only 1-2 copies per case. Super scummy from Konami to do that since the Deck literally cant function without him. Most people buying boxes will be pulling Super Rare Eldlich S/T cards and not be able to use them.

It’s a amazing set. I’m pretty sure they were sponsored but I think they would talk good about it no matter what. This set is amazing. Eldlich and Adamancipators are most likely going to be meta or rouge.

I like this set, even if it's just for Solemn Judgement, trap tick and Upstart. I'm glad I found channels like yours and Sam's and some others as it's really helping me get excited and back to playing (Actually learning how to play properly lol) after a decade or so. I prefer to open packs as there is something "special" about the mystery/gambling aspect but nonetheless, great video and keep up the good content!

0:09:10 - I like Scarlet Sanguine more than Black Awakening in a hybrid build with Balerdroch. It's a trap, so you can banish it from the GY as a quick effect, which makes it a little more flexible than Black Awakening which you can only banish on your turn. A niche example is if they happen to have D.D. Crow, there is no way they can hit it.

Damn! Solemn judgment is a scary card to see! It’s OP! I only possess 3 copies, I’ll probably get a couple of packs of this set and hope I pull some extras. Solemn judgment can be splashed into any deck. I would consider it a staple card to have, at least in your side deck.

Personally I think that this is going to be a very expensive set because all of these decks besides maybe rikka are going to be meta or rouge. This is one of the rare times when a archetype from a side set is going to be meta.

No one plays Eldlich at 3. As for me, I've been testing on online simulators and I can say in all honesty I find Eldlixir of Black Awakening is not that useful. You can definitely build a viable deck with maybe 1 copy of that. Even though as soon as I read what it does I was like "whoah no way that's less than a 3 of"
