That exactly, the new cards are good but do not solve any problems with the deck unless you build it this way. Maliss loses hard to removal, yes the bystials are hard to play against and shifter but it is not much worse than other decks in the past. You can just pop the normal summon and that deck lacks extenders big time since our stuff does not target. Ryzeal is much easier but still hard to play against due to the number of nonengine they play. Hope that helps!

I’ve been playing in the ocg for a while now, I’d assume the tcg will be the same, that is the format is crowded with handtrap. Therefore, I’ve opted out some of the non engine to run 3 mask changes, dark law works wonderfully against almost every deck, including handtraps and some board breakers like droplet. Still, I believe it’s my personal take on the 3 mask changes, but you guys can give it a try, with the new evil hero, dark law can be somewhat more accesible as well as the trap to protect him from board breakers.

I like extra mask changes in the side, I want my main deck to be chock full of nonengine that do not have conditions, such as mask change requiring to be matched with a dark HERO on board and is not good going 2nd. I really like against Ryzeol the extra copies as dark law is so good into them. The added protection with the trap is great my problem is getting hand trapped to death and we can't even get to the trap which is why it is in the side. for omni HERO I think it is okay but not needed and will prolly not see play. I do think it is interesting as it can be an extender by summoning itself or a decent HERO discard as well. It does unlock another version of HERO in HERO fiendsmith but that engine will have to live until ALIN releases. I am hopeful for more cards in that set that will help the Omni HERO deck more. @@greninjaex4700 Depends on the variant, the bystial version kinda sucks just like any bystial deck as well as shifter of course, dark law you still go for blind game 1 and you DPE it away plus their first push. That deck does not have many extenders honestly and they lose to our removal of DPE + FC if you can set it up

You really want to diversify your starters and you really don't want to use adusted if you can hold it if you are going for dark supremacy. I would play 3 and 1 if I was not siding the trap and there is a good chance that I don't because of the amount of hand traps which stop you from getting there

Hey man great video. My list is similar to yours except 4-5 more in the main. From testing I realized how dark fusion gives you different routes going 2nd that the deck didn’t have before. Did you not like rider and dark fusion for going 2nd plays? Also in my opinion necrom is mandatory in the main, because it makes vyon a one card combo.

I really did not like adding more engine and bricks into the deck diluting our power cards as well as those cards being unnecessary when they could just be more breakers/hand traps and our deck still gets to play the way it wants to play. I'm not against it, I would just rather the most nonengine possible as that is what Yugioh kind of revolves around. This is definitely a unique list with no infernal rider or dark fusion. Your list seems to focus on consistency of the current HEROs without dipping entirely into the evil HERO support. Seems like it'll work by hitting less bricks. It's definitely interesting to see no dark fusion, but it makes sense since you don't play the searcher

I have seen a lot of lists with all the support and pretty much it seems solved. This take does exactly that and allows us to play through disruption more. The higher package does not really fix any problems with the deck and can actually hurt by seeing our power spells less. I do play the searcher in adusted, and you do a similar line but you grab contact and fuse for inferno wing that way. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Hey! I understand the reasoning behind 2 adusted gold and 2 Evil assault + Cutting Stratos to 2 and increase to 1 (which I had planned on doing anyway) along with cutting the rest of the Evil HEROes but in a more expanded Evil HERO package what would you think of 1 adusted gold, 1 Prism, 1 Infernal rider, 1 Sinister Necrom, 1 dark fusion, and 2-3 Evil assault in main deck with Neos lord in extra deck and the dark contact and trap in the side? This is what I’ve experimented with the most and learned combos for so really feel comfortable with right now Also this is just a suggestion and I know you plan on being Post SUDA focused but what if you made a video about playing around time? I went to locals again this week and it’s the second week in a row I haven’t beaten my record solely because of time 🥲 (In my defense AHL was my only starter and their board was clear I was one attack away lol) Great video though and will definitely take some of this and modify my intended post-SUDA deck

I think for the big package that is fine, I would definitely want to play the trap though as that is the biggest advantage of playing the large package as it is very strong. As for playing around time that is not something that really can be taught, my recommendation is playing fast, making sure your opponent plays at a reasonable pace and play dystopia if you really need something for time. It can happen but I almost never go to time as we are playing an aggressive combo deck. Glad this was useful and thank you for the support as always!

HERO can be, especially after SUDA turning all of our combos minus faris into 1 card combos, the most consistent deck in the game. For example I am not even maxing out on our possible good starters in this list, we could play less nonengine and more engine such as more adusted and Evil Assault if we would like to. I will say HERO is very hard to pilot though, it rewards skill play but it is a weaker engine than most so you have to work harder than most other players. Hope this helps!

@@FatSnorlax Im not Blake HERO lol but the best one I know is FD sending Malicious and Denier for DPE -> Summon Malicious then denier -> Link into Cross Crusader (use effect targeting denier, then use denier on summon effect) -> Summon Malicious -> Tribute to search Plasma -> Summon Plasma tributing Cross, Malicious, and Denier. Ends on DPE + Plasma

I really don't see the benefit on a competitive level, the primite cards are definitely cute and getting to play more vanillas is nostalgic but the cons to adding them outweigh the positives to me. Man I play neos and these new evil hero cards make summoning cosmo neos very easy. Not only Stratos plus any hero name summons it now AHL is a one card cosmo neos. Additionally vyon, evil assault, and adusted gold are also one card cosmo neos if you have cards to discard. Much brickier and worse than omni heroes since you have to play many bricks but when you summon it since it is basically a turn skip you almost always win. Pretty funny imo

The cosmo neos stuff is cool, I just don't want to add more bricks like you have mentioned and I always try to play the most competitive lists possible. The turn skip is cool but our board is so powerful now if we get to combo we should be winning anyway. It is a really cool thing though that the new support unlocks the turn skip! There are a lot of times that playng through handtraps you can only acces to favorite contact by miracle fusion, so all this times i could summon neos acqua so i decide to test him and he came up a lot of times that i think it's worth one xtra deck slot for him, because diacard one after getting hit by 2 ht it's really good so if you wanna test him tell me what do you think xD the second wonder driver it's like manfatory now how you say, i'm glad you play 2... And last but more important things it's how you play under mfshifter... I actually really like aqua neos, I play him if I do not play the Evil HERO targets because if you watch my Evil HERO combo video I actually use him to convert dead nonengine/bricks in our hand in the 1 card vyon combo into trades with opponents card's. 2nd Wonder is def necessary. Don't pay too much attention to my nonengine in this video as that will change as the format develops! Shifter is just nonengine or bagooska and this helps post side getting access to thrust to set a power trap like sanctum for lancea. If you watch my last video I actually talk about heatwave! I basically took my list now and just changed out the non HERO starters to HERO starers as they flow with the deck better, foolish is great but it becomes quite redundant when you could just play more Evil Assault. The whole point of HERO is to get to Vyon without normal summoning but if that fails to normal summon vyon, ROTA is just normal summon vyon and you may even get to keep your mist live because Dark Law is still so important to trade with the rest of your opponent's cards since our board only has 2-3 pieces of interaction. Whats the point in having the Evil HERO monsters in the ED if you cant summon them Game 1 aka not being able to use your whole deck. Also, how does Infernal Backlash fit into your going 1st combo in Game 2 and 3.I feel like I still dont really understand the rationale behind the ratios you chose for some the Evil HERO cards and having multiple Wonder Drivers. One more thing, I know Fuwalos is a placeholder for staples, but what would you recommend a broke person like myself play in its place before its reprint.

If you think about it we do already play some pretty conditional ED slots that rarely come up. This way we are accessing them but almost always games 2 and 3. The new Evil HERO cards minus dead end prison and Evil Assault are completely optional and there is a chance I don't play them at all. You need 2 wonder driver to convert EA into cross without using your normal summon which is huge, as well as he gives a better grind game. You can def play book of eclipse instead of fula as fula is not mandatory at all. Hope this helps!

For example, adusted gold searches EA or dark contact (depending on if you opened EA), EA summons dead end prison, which foolishes anything for cost etc. Since you want to start with a 13 card ED, why are you not playing prosperity (more and better targets for it in this build)? So is the first wonder driver just link fodder? Is Neos Lord or bane the new Favourite Contact target? Are you playing the 2nd adusted gold as discard fodder or just because you want to se it more (effect is hard opt I can confirm on EdoPro)? Apologies your response just gave me more questions than answers.

@@zakomama6430 This ratio is the ratio I found that makes it flow with the deck the best if you are playing dark contact + the trap, the other Evil HEROs have the problem of weaving back into the omni HERO stuff without using shadowmist effect, this is also what the 2nd wonder driver is used for. Prosp was good because we needed another extender, now post SUDA there is no need as Adusted fills this role. Before we played blast/bagoo/dangerous and there was a chance we did not even summon those once per match, sure game 1 you are playing without those flex spots but post side you will definitely access them. Neos lord is good as a favorite contact target situationally or if you got stopped and drew it or thrust. You play more adusted than evil assault because HERO discards have more synergy with the deck because of faris than normal spells. I hope this clears things up!

I dont think you can use adusted gold ef if it was discarded by faris. unless you just want to open it more im not sure what you are saying about that makes any sense.

Dumping shadow mist and using that effect turns off the ability to search mask change which also makes us lose our route to Dark Law who is our main win condition. Dark law is great into everything and blind game 1 you still go for Dark Law, you can simply just pop it with DPE and one of their cards against maliss as the double removal should be good enough to clean up that matchup. I'm not too sure what you mean by the 2nd question. If you are asking what you can do with just adusted gold and any discard check my combo video. No, you are correct he does not trigger, but playing more adusted gold (since it is a HERO monster) means if you need to you can pitch it with Vison HERO faris. I hope this helps

You can get away with 1 gold, then you would probably want to play more Evil Assault. We do not currently know the rarities of the cards for the TCG for SUDA but if EA is a secret it will cost more than adusted for sure

You can definitely play him instead of bane, but bane is better for going 2nd. If dark contact is in the side you don't really need a in between card. I talk more about this in detail at 12:00. There is reason to play just dark contact because if you play it in the main, your combo of Stratos + any HERO + Fusion Destiny can end on Neos Lord as the extra interrupt without any additional bricks besides the contact. I just wanted to streamline the list the best I could. There is also reason to not side the trap package and then not play the Evil HEROs in the extra, because in the upper echelon of hand traps people are playing (18+) we might not even get there and we just need to break past the hand trap war and setup some interruption and the game is secured. Sorry for the long explanation but hope this gives you some insight on the decision for a list like this! Thank you for watching and commenting.

@@orenoturnygoteam You only need to make inferno wing to grab the trap, the trap, dark contact and necrom can all be bricks and you may not even get to it depending on how many hand traps are in the meta, it is only needed for breaker formats. You side it for when you know you are going 1st

I'm curious. Isn't Absolute Zero a better board wipe than Malicious Bane? Is it because he's easier to make or just because you aren't running a water monster

Sure, but ABZ requires you to use one of our few ways to fusion on it while Bane lets you play a very easily searchable spell that is not poly to fusion summon. Gives us another push instead of using one of our existing pushes on ABZ which is generally just weaker than going into wake up or SNW. Hope this clears things up! I assume you think the good lists are the one with all the evil HERO cards but in play testing I was never getting there and wanted a more streamline list to see my power cards! A lot of logic and math went into this list. I’m curious on how you think this list is bad as this has been the best in testing against very good players in preparation for YCS Orlando. @ i test evil hero in last 2 mouths. 1 increase its stupid all the time… draw it and all faris line is dead. - Now we dont need another Wake up, same for wonder driver - No neos lord - No elemental hero bagooska - No dark fusion - No super poly - 0 evil hero combo line - NO DARK SUPREMACY WTF, you like to lose to raigeki, evenly match, etc, etc???

@ -1 increase is fine, we actually got a lot more ways to play without the need of faris even if we draw it, sure we are a bit more reliant on normal summon but this makes more sense than adding another brick to the deck. I actually have another solution for this in testing now. - 2nd wonder driver is MANDATORY, it converts our new starters into full combo - 2nd wake up is not mandatory but super helpful for turn 3 just like it is now - i speak on neos lord multiple times in the video. He’s sorta this in between of not being amazing at first or 2nd but if you main thrust/dark contact I would play him over bane. -bagooska should be played I think I forgot it -dark contact accomplishes everything the dark fusion line does with less bricks, this package is suboptimal imo -super poly is almost useless in this deck unless you can full combo and yet another card that is not good going 2nd, I’m trying to not play all these bricks, if you can just break past all of the hand traps and setup our normal combo we win, all of these cards are so win more and was never needed in any of my victories with the current meta -I am siding the evil HERO combo package because if you play against any tiered deck they play enough nonengine to stop you from getting there completely, or you have to sacrifice playing more nonengine to play these bricks to stop your opponent from playing. At the highest level of play this engine does not make sense -dark supremacy is in the side where almost all breakers are, those cards are not mained so we bring in the answers to their answers. I have tested all of the cards you have mentioned and card counts of all over the place. This has been by far the best and I hope my answers clear some things up for you. Also, Merry Christmas man!
