I subscribed to you for the unboxings and stuff since I'm not into playing this game anymore. Coming from the 2000 yugioh era and seeing the stuff that you can summon in one turn freaks my mind. The amount of cards you used in one single turn was basically a whole game back in the days. Crazy what happend to yugioh.

I came back to the game recently, but this stuff has been around for a long time. Spam special summon a few big guys and interruptions in the og era. Synchro era was spam summoning like crazy to get a few big guys out that controlled the board and stopped everything. XYZ era was special summoning like crazy and modifying lvls to xyz summon big guys to control the board. Now Link summon is the same thing, spam summon to control the board and interrupt your opponent. I've seen six samurais go through half of their deck using the bamboo engine.

I playing around with Gemini monster in my build and still was about to add mostly all the Red Eyes support. Just didn't had Wyvern, Retro, the level 6 Red Eyes Gemini, or Instinct. Didn't add Spirit either, but Red Eyes have all the support. Just add some support from Blue Eyes like Silver Cry and others. Yes Blue Eyes are broken for the support, but Dark Magician really need some more love. Red Eyes deck can be very fun and swarm aggressive if you just around with cards a person may have

Yes I just made one last night. Honeslty Its the "hero build with stratos" but added 3 D. Hero drill, 3 destiny draws, maby 1 dimonad dude, and of course the fusions. And change your EXTRA DECK plays to summon the D.heros and not ( dark law and nat beast), but I still have them as options.

Firewall SS the 1st red eyes and link cerebus and red-eyes for phoenix. Firewall SS the black stone of legend and link it for U link linkuriboh. Firewall SS the 2nd red eyes and xyz with meteorburst for absolute dragon. Link absolute and phoenix for triple burst dragon. SS Vortex Dragon off absolute: Board is :::::::: Mermaid + firewall (no eff) + gryphon + triple burst + linkuriboh + triple burst = 2 negates, -1000 attack and special summon effect lock because you can spin back darkwurm with absolute.

That means when you make dark flare dragon instead you could make Odd-Eyes Absolute(unless I’m wrong) and then link Absolute away for something else and then end on a board with Vortex because vortex could use the darkwurm to negate

This is a really good deck. But against any defensive decks it not amazing. Though you can stop your opponent summon from the extra deck. There's way too much focus on link spam so there are cards to counter this deck. Rigeki and Rigeki break are good counters and solemn strike would kinda trash the combo quickly. Though I love the deck I think there's too many easy counters too it. Maybe red eyes fusion and inferno fire blast would help a lot. I'm not really a pro but I've seen combos that almost beat people on the first turn with red eyes fusion and links

Yes you can use the effect again unless the card says "name of card effect can only be used once that turn", that's considered a hard once per turn.

When you summoned Mermaid don’t you have to discard a card on summon as cost to activate the effect?

Nice deck that basically dies to Ash Blossom. Splash 2 Called by the Grave if you want to achieve something and not be forced to scoop.

Indytotof Well the deck would be even more awesome if he had Archfiend Black Skull Dragon, when that battles no cards can be activated to negate the attack because of his ability.

Yeah but you have to run Summoned Skull. While working with the support of the deck... you'll running even more brick. And the main problem with Red-Eyes is it's tendency to brick hard and have unplayable hands. Even Red-Eyes Insight and Black Metal Dragon doesn't fix this problem... Also, Red-Eyes Fusion, while able to summon the big playmaker called Meteor Black Comet Dragon, have too much unneeded restrictions and slow the deck down. Red-Eyes needs a way to fix brick hands and a speed engine.

And you just express the problem. Your combo is slow, takes several turns and you must hope for the opponent to have either a bad hand or playing a bad deck. The combo you've just posted would not works 100% of the time. It's not consistent. While Archfiend Black Skull is extraordinary powerfull, it is a 0 off due to its materials that ask for you to run bricks. And all this comes from someone playing Red-Eyes online. And the way the deck bricks angers me.

Indytotof Well it doesn't brick me, I also run synchros, XYZs and links. I can also get Red Eyes Slash out, even on the first turn.
