I'm actually really happy for this decklist. I've wanted to play a Time Thief deck for a while now and this has given me the inspiration. One thing I would ask, if you wanted to add something like Triple Tactics, Droplets or another handtrap, what would you recommend taking out in their place?

The main deck flex spots are the astraltopia, astral korhibo, double or nothing and number protection, this will give you plenty of space for all of the examples above. I would probs have Dark ruler in the side over droplets as you kinda want your full hand, but can break a board quite easily if you do drop the double or nothing.

i made a time thief deck for casual play, and i thought i did an okay job. but this deck is way more destructive.

My man, retrograde doesn't attach itself to Rodoer, it attaches the Spell/Trap negated by its effect

Yeah certainly Rogue, it can play through a couple of spercific hand traps but can lose to nibiru and stuff like that.

I think timethief raidraptor is still better than the utopia stuff. You play more bricks with a worse endboard and it still dies as easy to handtraps as the raidraptor version :/

Yes and no, i agree the raidraptor one may be a bit stronger the issue with the raidraptor all thought the end board is slightly better you combo for a lot longer, losing space in the extra and play more bricks when you consider the PK stuff aswell with a lot of the time the combo dieing or becoming a lot harder should you open pieces. The utopia one is a bit more direct and simpler nit ending on the stronger board but still giving you enough to win the game through it. As you say though both versions struggle with staple handtraps sadly
