For anyone confused about how to pronounce Ryu-Ge, its named after Ryuga(Ree-U-Guh), which means Dragon in Japanese.

@@u.a.perfectace7786 It's ree-yoou-gee. Ryūga is pronounced ree-yoou-gah, but if the TCG wanted it pronounced this way, the archetype would be called Ryu-Ga not Ryu-Ge.

i think the trap feret flames is a must in dinomorphia bulds. drawing it absolutely decimates any monster heavily decks, dinomorphia just keep paying life points and on the clap back you can just return their board to 0

saved me going 2nd turn against maliss where i had 3 counter traps 2 ferret flames snd no summons and opponent was going for battle phase game ferret saved me and turned game around on my next turn😂

​@@davnez05Yeah Strikes just solo entire boards. Ferret Flames is one of the single most powerful traps in the game there is very little reason to not run it

Love this build! I would try it but im missing some dinomorphia cards. I recommend you playing zealantis since the field spell locks you, you can summon it and use the lock to your advantage and clean the opponents board

Rising is a quick play so you can just use it during draw phase to avoid droll 😊. Unfortunately you still get drolled when you get mistava off tho

@oobie2142 depends on the type of player you are. I quite like the synchro mechanic and combo a bit more so I'd always find ss more fun. Competitive ness this one is more direct, requires less pieces and is more control so a lot simpler to pilot and slows the game down which is nice

The point of having Solemn Judgment, Strike and Iron Thunder is to lower your lp to make Rextrem's eff live so I don't think cutting them is the correct play.

@MrPantzios oh I know why you use them, but as this is a faster paced deck you don't need to burn your lp that fast, you want the space for the Ryu-Ge and the I opted for HTs as this current game you can't go second, let your opp run riot and the hope setting 5 gets the job done for you.

It seems like you’ve been over a lot of the ryuge variations. Do you have an opinion on which is the most competitive so far?

comes down to enviroment. ive had a lot of fun with the swordsoul version, but can be hit an miss depending on stuff like shifter decks, Mulcharmys and dbarrier. Dinomorphia is a bit more resilient but ideal wants to be going first. Invoked is a fun version imo as has the least direct synergies.

you can play more if you want, but the ryu-ge give you a bit more speed so dont need to enter as deep of a grind game as without it
