Duelist Kingdom and Battle City Sagas were my favorite in the original Yugioh anime.

The deck Yugi used from Episode 1 through to the end of Duelist Kingdom was his grandpa's deck. That includes Koumori Dragon.

7 years late for the party but he had Sangan against Kiaba he didn't call it by name but you could tell by the artwork which was destroyed by Sagi the Dark Clown.

What I never got was that giant solider of stone has 1300 attack 2000 defense level 3 and mystical elf has 800 attack 2000 defense and level 4 giant solider of stone should also be level 4 right?

From memory, it was Hitotsu-Me Giant -> Winged Dragon -> Judge Man --> Gaia -> Blue-Eyes

nz bg yugi legendary decks is 30 bucks on eBay. Comes with 3 decks based on yugi. Well worth the money for all the cards included
