I must admit, I like the twist that this episode adds to usual dueling. I always enjoy when a duel has unique rules or cards added and this adds a really funny twist. Overall one of my favorite episodes of ZEXAL. Edit: Okay, I made this comment at the start of the duel, and I admit that I wish they did more with this rule concept, but everything I said before still stands.

Caswell screwed up when he supposedly called Flip out on "evil scheming" since the latter lawyered up immediately. That act would allow Flip to consult said lawyer about possible legal action against the school for Caswell's CLEAR abuse of authority. Said school would most likely fold under pressure to save face and money by administering action against Caswell.

Super late My best guess is that because his monsters are in kimono, which is considered formal wear in Japan, that qualifies. Meanwhile Yuma’s Gagaga monsters have what Caswell pointed out, distracting accessories, chains, face coverings, etc.
