I think Yuyang is better off doing solo. His composition skill is awesome, and his voice is beautiful. His style would be difficult to fit in with an idol group. That being said, it may be possible for Yuyang to be in an idol group and still thrive. I like to think of Woozi from Seventeen. He co-composes and co-writes all SVT's songs. He also has a beautiful voice (leader of the vocal group). SVT's structure and format enable Woozi to compose and sing to his best potential, which is difficult if SVT follows other idol formats.

Summer in the place where I live is graduation season and this song really fits the mood T^T Yu Yang is a great composer, each of his songs is like a story and he poured his heart into it and they arouse feelings even when u don't understand the Chinese lyrics. The style of music and what he said in his interview show that this boy doesn't try to appeal to the market trend, he stays true to the music he wants to make. He seems to be unsure about himself and how far he can reach, but he's very clear about the music he wants to make. I hope he will thrive on his attitude towards music and composing. Yu Yang deserves the best.
