I love this track especially the deep wub sound that comes in at the end of 0:04 seconds. I wish I knew how to describe electronic sounds or "instruments" specifically, but I hear that sound elsewhere. It reminds me of some Puppet Combo soundtracks like in Night Ripper, also possibly a VtM: Bloodlines track or 2. It or a very similar sounding "instrument" is also in Sega Bodega's song "Naturopathe" although that's a very different vibe.

On ableton, It's used as preset bass. If I'm not mistake, It's a simple and closing oscilator, filtered out with high ressonance and sliding shortly the pitch down.

I think you can use the Auto Filter plugin to get something barely similar, but I'm having no luck, any help would be appreciated if u can
