Here’s a tip for Sandbox mode! Pressing ` on your keyboard will bring up the cheats menu which lets you do stuff like enable flight, disable enemy AI and let’s you turn off weapon cooldown. You can also parry landmines once they jump up into the air.

IMPORTANT INFO/TIP: I strongly reccomend reading through the terminal entries of enemies, especially Gutterman and Guttertank entries. Not only the terminal entries provide lore regarding these robots but most importantly, IT GIVES YOU TIPS on how to counter them. Like for example: if you break the Gutterman shield, it will now be able to punch you but you can parry the punch. This is not the important part, the important part is that the longer he shoots his minigun, the more precise his aim becomes. To reset this precision, you need to parry him so that he can't continue sniping you from the oposite end of the map with a minigun. And believe me that I don't mean this as a joke but you'll need this knowledge in order to defeat the two big secret bosses. Last note, the entry unlocks after you run into the enemy for the first time, not after killing them.

some tips about ur new beloved jackhammer: 1. coin it as you shoot the blue variant's grenade, it turns in hitscan, which means you can COIN it, just gotta be quicker and trickier 2. you can still parry with this one 3. downslam, shift+ctrl+jump (as you did at the end) to get more speed. Also there's a trick - if you hook up to the enemy and then cancell your hook right before you will get to the target, you will reach the max damage. 4. should've emphasize it in last tip, but as you get the red mark on speedometer, your weapon needs to be cooled, so you gotta wait the cooldown thats all what i can suggest sur, gl

I got quite a few tips. After you break guttermans shield, which you can break with the knuckleblaster explosion, his melee attacks become parryable. If you manage to dodge guttertanks punches, you can parry it to get health back. If you shoot a mannequin while it’s on a wall and punch it as it’s falling, it will die instantly Also don’t forget that yellow flashes indicate a melee parry (punch the enemy directly)

small tips: the Gutterman (not the red one, the one with the shield) will try to punch you if you get too close. that punch is parryable, and does a LOT of damage the GutterTANK (not the shield one, the red one) does the exact same punch, but not parryable. unless they miss. if they punch and miss, they fall over onto the ground, and from there they can be parried for health and damage.

Heres a tip for the jackhammer: if you whiplash an enemy, then cancel it (by pressing the punch key or pressing the whiplash button again) you'll go at a pretty fast speed. This is enough to get the jack hammer into the red zone, dealing an INSANE amount of damage (enough to oneshot a maurice). Be careful though, after the jackhammer hits something in the red zone, itll go on a 7 second cooldown. This does not apply to when you hit an enemy in the green or yellow zone.

Quick tip for the Alternate version of the shotgun. while whiplashing towards a heavy enemy the spedomiter will always be in the yellow zone. However if you let go of your whiplash right before hitting a heavy enemy, it will always be in the Red zone, dealing max damage. This Red zone is able to one shot enemys such as Maurice, Virtues and more, however hitting an enemy in the red zone will put the Alternate shotgun on cooldown. BROOOO!!! MY COMMENT MADE IT INTO THE VIDEO!!! Thanks, YuB :) Edit: Tips for Guttermen (the ones that have a shield and minigun) and Guttertanks (the ones that shoot rockets and lay mines): 1. Guttermen will slowly track you faster and faster until you either break their shield or parry their punch (you can only parry if the shield is broken). This is why fighting one is easy but fighting two is much harder, while you take care of one the other gets more accurate. The farther you are away, the less they have to move to track you so keep close and keep parrying them. 2. Guttermen use a hitscan minigun, meaning launching explosive projectiles will blow up in your face. Throwing coins, however, should work well. If a cannonball reaches the Gutterman (it is an explosive projectile, so no guarantee), it will break its shield. 3. Guttertanks launch rockets and your freezeframe rocket launcher (the blue one) can freeze those ones too. You can also shoot them with hitscan weapons to detonate them and redirect them with magnets. 4. Mines do good damage and Guttertanks are good sources of mines. You can parry the mines to not only damage enemies but also heal yourself by way of parry. Mines also break gutterman shields. 5. You can parry the Guttertank's punches for some easy damage. Bonus tip: The core from the jackhammer/alternate shotgun is launched like a coin, it is affected by your velocity. Dash jump forward to launch the core farther for nukes or launch the core then instantly core nuke for an easy way to go really fast really far. When you hit it with the jackhammer, it turns into a free malicious railcannon shot, meaning you can use it to shoot rockets for mini nukes almost any time.

yooo!!! ok i figured i’d hand out actual tips this time -if you store a slam, then perform another slam, and hit someone with the jackhammer right when you come down, it basically instakills like every enemy. (IGNORE THIS ONE. Did some testing on my own time and it doesnt really work like that.) -gutterman punches can be parried! you have to break the shield first, but if you do it afterward, it hurts their hand so they can’t punch again for a little bit. -there’s a secret somewhere in 3-1 that you missed, last i checked… it’s in the only non-fleshy part of the level, i’m pretty sure. i don’t remember. -two double-pumped shotgun blasts will kill a maurice if you get right up next to it. i haven’t tried it with the jackhammer though. -if you get between two parallel walls and fire a red pistol shot, it bounces between the walls. if there’s an enemy in that path, it goes through them like twelve times, and can take like a sixth of a cerberus’ health. -there’s a tiny bit of v2 living inside their arm. they’re shit-talking you constantly. (that one’s not real i made that up) -not sure if i’d need to remind you or not but we have very similar playstyles and i actually forgot this was a thing for a few days- the hookshot whiplash grapple hook whatever builds up hard damage. if you’re running kind of low on health it can force you to STAY at 37 or whatever. i never really got the hang of managing that so i mostly just ignore it and hope im good enough lol -creepers are scared of cats. -ignore last entry. wrong game. you can find a small stupid rat on the ferryman’s boat. it serves ZERO purpose but it’s there! -god damn the sun (can’t remember if it’s 4-1 or 4-2) is the entrance to layer 4’s secret level. -layer 7’s secret level is reached through 7-3, and also happens to be the longest secret level! not because it’s hard. trust me it’s decently easy, but it took me 40 minutes. strap in? maybe make that a standalone video on yub 2 with minimal editing so you don’t torture yourself? -i’m having a lot of fun typing. im gonna quit now. like i said, really liking the ultrakill uploads, man. it’s funny that almost every time i find a cool new game, i find it because you played it. been that way since i was like 10 lol

Tips for Guttermen :D 1. As soon as you see one break its shield IMMEDIATELY 2. The shield will break with the shockwave the knuckleblaster makes so hold it down if you missed the punch 3. Can be killed easily with electricity weapons that do lots of damage (Railgun, Nailgun but i personally use the saw blade because its slower but more damage) 4. Saw Traps are a good way to deal a lot of damage to them

Here's a quick tip on how to easily and consistently hit coins with your marksman! First, throw a coin, look up a bit right after and then immediately shoot. It's also incredibly important to keep your movement and camera steady during this! So don't suddenly look in another direction or press any other movement keys! This can be done anywhere, and with that I mean in the air aswell. And of course you can also use this method for the railcannon, but you just gotta switch to it before you shoot the coin! Some tips about enemies in 7-2 and beyond: If the mannequins get close to you they will try to punch you. You can parry their punch, killing them instantly Basically the same thing with the gutterman. After you break his shield he will have a new close range attack. Tip of the day: The Impact Hammer (alt shotgun) is tied directly to your momentum. Using a whiplash cancel (grapple to an enemy and stop grappling while flying towards them) whiich will guarantee maximum damage. Careful, though! It has a cooldown if you do this. Also, I would recommend reading the lore on the enemies from the Violence layer, especially the machines. It gives context to the story of the game. Also also, the gutterman coffins on their backs can be broken open with knuckleblaster when they die. use this to find a secret lore book in 7-2, in the building where you found the alt shotgun.

Tip: dont know if you figured these out later in the video, but as gutterman shoot at you their accuracy goes up unless you break their line of sight or break their shield/parry them, they can be parried once their shield is broken. gutterTANKS shoot rockets and you can redirect their rockets to hit themselves if you stick a magnet to them, and you can freeze their rockets with your rocket launcher. also, for the Alt shotgun (jackhammer), grapple onto an enemy, and then when your halfway to them dissconnect the grapple and keep your momentum and THEN hit them, it does more damage than if you were to keep holding the grapple (although it puts it on cooldown)

As an avid user of the Red Alt Shotgun, I can say it is very worth it. The amount of damage you can dish out with the main attack is insane!! The Chainsaw also goes with it really well. Normally, after a big hit (in the red on the speedometer), the alt shotgun goes on cool down. But with the saw, it allows for the Red Alt Shotgun to stay useful! Overall, probably one of my favorite weapons in the game rn!

If you have not yet, and you have a mouse with extra buttons on the side, bind the punches to the side buttons. It’s easier than moving off the movement keys to swap arms to parry, and then doing it again to deal with filths. Just press the side button, boom, automatically swaps and punches without needing to stop moving. Absolute game changer.

Just some general tips here: - Magnets and sawblades make for a great ‘opener’ to a fight, as you restrict the enemy’s movement and increase your own healing range - When you asked what just happened, you might have noticed the +conducter style bonus. Along with saw blades, nails, water and even coins conduct electricity from the jump start and blue railcannon. This, in addition to the aforementioned opener can be useful to wipe large groups out. - Using the whiplash on an enemy that causes you to fly toward them and then cancelling it (by either punching or pressing the whiplash button again) is enough speed for a full speedometer on your new weapon. (It’s also very fun to do) Hope these help!

Quick tips: 1. Gutterman's melee attack becomes parriable once the shield is broken. Parry also resets their tracking (which gets better the more they shoot without stopping). 2. Just like Maurice, Gutterman will crush the enemies it falls down on after death. You get +PANCACKED style bonus. 3. Impact Hammer can one-shot Virtues and Maurices if hit at full speed. A fully-charged green variant at full speed can one-shot Sentries. The easiest way to get max speed is to do a dash-jump or whiplash to the target and detach at the last moment right before the hit. After a full-speed hit the weapon goes on cooldown.

Fact of the day: you can punch your own coins and they aim for enemies just like when you shoot them. Those coins will bounce above the enemy so you can either punch it again or shoot it

Yub, if you go to 4-2, and go to the one over heal orb on top of the building. Go left along the side of the building, then there will be a red maurice button. Press it, then go to the opened door. There will be an hourglass, then put it one that one pedestal you saw on top of that building, and head towards the bright light in the sky. Secret mission time!

yo yub more tips you are so awesome and cool and epic and gaemr - please remember that yellow flashes = parriable attacks it refills health and temporarily stuns the enemy - use the blue saw blade to set traps please dont use it as an actual nailgun. it stores a lot of damage in one place and can deal enough damage to kill most enemies - PARRY ATTACKS PLEASE - if youre struggling with coins look up directly into the ceiling and toss the coin it wont leave your line of sight ok bye bye hope the body pillow comes soon lol edit: also tip for cyber grind if youre ever falling off the map, switch to the rocket launcher and look directly down and then fire a rocket. once youve fired it, use your whiplash/grappling hook to pull it closer to you. then youll be able to steer the rocket upwards back to the map

theres tech called whiplash cancelling to do it you have to punch, or press the whiplash button while you are being pulled by it. its really useful for the alt shotgun because if you whiplash cancel right in front of the enemy you are whiplashing you go slightly faster, just barely putting you in the red zone, dealing TONS of damage. it instakills virtues and deals tons of damage to cerbs and maurices. this is a little bit more advanced, but you should try doing a knuckle blaster punch during the hitstop. if you charge the over pump jackhammer three times, whiplash cancel to get into the red zone, and use the knuckle blaster punch during the hit stop, it instakills a sentry. the jackhammer (in my opinion) is so much cooler than the shotgun but the community hates on it because theyre already used to the shotgun. you don't have to use the jackhammer if you don't want to but the jackhammer is super combo-able with other weapons and has so much more tech than the shotgun.

A great way to recover from falling off the edge in Cyber grind is this, its fairly tricky. 1. look directly down while holding any variant of the rocket launcher 2. shoot it and immediately grapple onto it, this will bring the rocket closer for you to ride on 3. Fly back up to safety

Yub. If you get s rank in all categories of a level (speedrun, a bunch of style, and killing every enemy) without dying, that is called a p-rank. If you get a p-rank on every level in act 1, you will access a secret level in 3-1. You can also do the same in act 2, but you have to go to 6-1 instead

Tips w weapons: With default jumpstarter, insert a few nails in an enemy and then kill them with the jumpstarter’s electric thing idkfundunc then you can kill multiple enemies using + CONDUCTOR, very useful in cyber grind/any hoards of weak enemies Use ALT Sawed-On OR Pump Charge, since shotgun swapping/projectile boosts are still pretty useful. You can parry a drill out of an enemy, and even into another enemy if you aim it correctly You can instakill soldiers by whiplashing them to you mid-air and then shooting them with the rocket launcher as they are still in the air. Lastly, you can use the jumpstarter’s alt fire on a cart to make it go faster/instantly max speed. Other stuff: Once you finish 7-4, you should totally do all secrets and challenges, practice a bit more, and try and get all P ranks! stay on standard, and then go to the harder difficulty once you p rank every level (if you want to try harder) Try and learn several other movement/weapon strats in the sandbox. Press ~ to open the sandbox menu (if it’s enabled) hope this helps!

Guttermen are actually really easy to kill, just break their shield, parry their punch and finish them off. Every time an attack has a yellow shine particle as it happens, it can be parried (which heals you to full)

im a bit late but to maximise damage on the alt shotgun, the best tactic is to whiplash and then punch as you get close (cancels the grapple, turning it into a slingshot which gives more speed) and immediately hit the enemy with the alt shotgun. any max damage hits will cause it to overheat for a few seconds and you can’t use it whilst it’s cooling down

Here's a tip for the alt shotgun: You can cancel your grapple (By pressing the grapple button again) to go even faster than the grapple allows to immediately get to red speed for max damage with it. The only downside is when hitting with red speed disables the shotgun for a few moments (But only that variant of it, so if the red one gets disabled, you can still use the green one).

some tips and fun facts: -you can parry the mines, they have a yellow flash -the red mechs (guttertanks) fire rockets, which you can freeze with freezeframe, and then ride them into the guttertanks. -that hole with the cross you found was a skip. you can clear the entire level without killing a single enemy, consciencous objector style. -to make said challenge possible, there is a secret combination of turns you can make in the final arena to not active any enemies. there is a secret book near one of the secret orbs that gives you the combination. -the clock tower and the gears inside of it track your time. pretty cool, right? -layer 7 is probably one of the most complex ones, there is a lot of secrets easter eggs, and other lil thingies. when you finish all the current layers, there's still a lot more content to do.1 -the alt shotgun core has more velocity according to your momentum. if you're moving fast, it'll be launched fast. -you can punch the coins.

gutterman tip: their tracking gets better over time but it can be set back to their default if you break their shield or parry their punch. guttertank tip: if you dodge their punch they fall over all goofy like, you cant parry the punch but you CAN parry their getting up animation. also putting magnets onto enemies will make rockets (including guttertank rockets) go toward them, freeze rockets and magnet guttertanks to make them hit themselves! mannequin tip: you can parry their falling animation, kills them instantly. have fun with ultrakill! also you should P rank all the levels after you beat them all normally, there are secret levels that you can only get that way.
