What are the best flows to safely drift? In spring it runs pretty high so id love to know which flows are safest for a novice rower

It all depends on the time of year! Sometimes rubbers legs, mayflies, caddis… or eggs if there are salmon! Just depends! But the important thing is to get out and fish it and try!
