The office theme is exactly what it looks like in India any office (except Gurgaon). I have visited almost all the offices in India. I work with the core team. It's all super good, with a huge work-life balance, and huge attention on wellness. Huge loyal customer base and really good software products. The systems in place are one of a kind and built over years of hard work. What I find lacking is good tech. As a Software Engineer, it's not a good place to be at least during the initial 5-8 years when you're trying to experiment and try different things out to find what you love to build. The core teams have some super monotonous work on legacy techs. Experimenting on various projects and what you would love to work on is a little difficult. Offcore teams have some interesting work, I have heard.

He means teams that work on services that are not part of the core Salesforce application. Salesforce has acquired many companies and integrated their products, but most are not part of the core app. For example Slack, Tableau, Mulesoft, Quip, Heroku, etc.

This tower is built on landfill. During the next BIG EARTHQUAKE it will come tumbling down. I feel sorry for the people that are in that building when that time comes. An 8.0 quake will easily bring that tower and everyone in it down. Geologists predict an 8.0 or greater can happen at any time. 1989 was NOT the big one. That was only a 7.0. There is a greater magnitude quake waiting on the San Andreas Fault, if not the Hayward Fault. It's a really nice building, but I would not want to be in there during a massive earthquake. Surrounding buildings will be demolished as well if the building crumbles to the ground. Nice video though. Thank you.

$1.1 Billion is a show off . Great/innovative minds don't need huge spaces to work. Infact working here is big distraction because more than an office it looks like the largest entertainment center. Dead investment by salesforce on this building and moreover it doesn't make sense to construct these skyrise buildings when 99% of employees are working from home. If you really want to make a difference to the society salesforce should demolish these buildings and seriously think about constructing homes for the homeless people in California. I really hope people are aware of the growing homelessness situation in Cali.
@AR-Exp2 жыл бұрын
Those homeless folks move here to get benefits from poor states, if those states start to take care of their own people, we won't see a lot of homeless in California

Bro whether you find it rude or not you are ruining technology core coz you still haven't achieved anything great in your career but the algo running on the net spreads so immensely that everyone is following the crowd and crushing office workforces so if you work in your office limit it to your own parameters And one thing too no one's rewarding you for this noble cause of uploading videos Beta thinks he's done a milestone and should be rewarded 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
