Yuffie + Ninjitsu + Prayer just trivializes almost everything. At any given moment you're about 3 seconds away from a full party heal without having to worry about it running out for long fights

100% - also another Tip is to toss in Stop on the enemy during the Stagger phase 🤯

I always go Doppleganger, Ninjutsu, and then if I'm close to full HP will just fire off Blindside/Windstorm/Art of War until I need to heal w/ Prayer. After all of that, 90% of the time I've got a Level 3 Banishment ready to go. Yuffie is so broken it's crazy

I’ve been watching a lot of random youtubers today for their reaction to the ending, it’s become painful to watch people got all the way through the game without ever being aware of Yuffie’s core ninjitsu mechanic and spending like 20 minutes on the Sephiroth reborn phase. I’m just yelling at my screen!

Wow I've been playing yuffie alot more recently and damn there's alot more to her then I realized. generally I've always preferred cloud but I'm thinking yuffie is quickly becoming my favorite character. Thanks for this!

I realized how strong yuffie was immediately. Having to spend no mp to hit weaknesses is so good. The only thing I say she lacks is really strong physical damage (Unless you build her that was of course). Gotta admit I started using the other characters because it was just beginning to be to easy with her lol That and I can actually say... all the characters are actually fun to play in this game. I wish this game had more of the unique materias available so you could make unique builds for anyone instead of just one or two. That's one of my major gripes with this game. Oh and it would be nice if you could save builds.... considering so much damn materia placement and then weapon, weapon skills, armor, accessory. One of my other major gripes that really makes no sense to me is when you're in the overworld... why are we forced to use cloud? I know he's the main character, but damn... let us be creative and use whatever party we want at any given time. For all the customization we are alotted they sometimes really limit us. Leaving unique party composition to only combat simulator is so lame.

As a Yuffie main, this was a good display of what she can do! Don’t forget for the 3 ATB she can (or anyone for that matter) put on the Corsair’s Compass as an alternative. I’ve never thought about Enemy Skill and HP absorb combo! I’ve gotta use that. Or even with MP absorb.

Hey there! I didn't forget Corsair's Compass I just never got it work correctly (inconsistent etc.) so I left it out of the video. Was already taking me 10+ hours of recording examples, voiceovers and editing. Felt it was good enough to post so yeah :)

@@oxfordking inconsistent in which way? I never had a problem getting it to pop up. From my understanding you can’t use the same move on the 5th stack, it’s gotta be something else than the previous ability. But any case. Really good video! Helped me understand a couple of things a little better too. 😄

Yuffie is the most broken character in this game. Doppleganger acts as a mini haste that helps you gain ATB. Ninjutsu + Plasma Discharge + Dark Siphon + Mug = Unlimited ATB and continous electricity discharge explosion. It can stagger your enemies faster and helps you gain Limit break faster. Add some Pray materia and your team will not die. Make Cloud the tank type and make Aerith cast multiple spells.

@@oxfordking Exactly! Some people think Tifa is the strongest but the truth is Yuffie and Aerith owns hard mode. Yuffie helps a lot if you give her ATB assists. You will no longer need to use more MP because you can use Pray more. Besides that her ninjutsu is a free materia slot because you don't need to use elemental materia anymore. Aerith ATB skills makes yuffie so powerful too. ATB boost and arcane ward are essentials. The only thing cloud use on my team is too tank so I use provoke materia on him hehehe

Loved this video and the way you present the information with the video clips. One thing I would note and, it's incredibly minor since you didn't cover accessories, but their are limit increasing ones you could bring up during the limit break discussion. I have to watch the rest of your videos on the other characters, since when you discussed her square strings, that it's a simple button input that does the spinning star part of the combo.

Yeah I didn't want to go down the rabbit hole of accessories. There's just so many. Same with weapon skills. It would just create drama in the comments that I would rather not deal with. I'll probably go over both topics in my cait sith guide as a test. But just know this video took me upwards of 10 hours to make.

Also using Mug and failing to steal refunds a portion of the ATB gauge, making plasma discharge blast even more often

For massive stagger gain, use doppleganger then press square, square then wait. She will do a shuriken spin with her clone and it does stagger gain, especially on pressured enemies to push them into a staggered state

Side note: Doppelganger copies EVERYTHING you use ATB to do, but at half potency. So, deals half damage, but also HEALS for half of what you heal for. So, if you use the Prayer materia, you'll basically get 1.5x the healing to everyone in the party. And since you'll likely want Yuffie's magic to be her highest stat, you'll heal close to full, if not full. It's also super helpful for those enemies who stagger/pressure after taking a large amount of damage, since you use the ability/spell twice.

The way her simple combos work is really useful. I didn't know that. There is also an attack pressing circle and square with the shuriken on Can you use the compás thing to get three atb bars after 5 atb commands?

I tried that and it didn't work for me hence it didn't make it in the video. The circle square was also inconsistent so I didn't add it. There's also better options for accessories that I'd rather choose but recommending accessories is moot. They're all great in their own capacity.

Yuffie's Art of War temporarily increases your base damage right? This in turn gives you Supreme Art of War, but what I've noticed is that the temporary buff sometimes runs out real fast and sometimes stays on long. There is more to it than we know. Also need to check what percentage the damage buff is.

If only I can shelf Cloud and replace him with Yuffie for my main playthrough.. LOL Yuffie is so much more fun to me but Cloud is always locked to be permanently in the party. I had so much fun with the Yuffie Tifa Barret team before we reached North Corel

Yes, also if you have the spell linked to a magnify it will spread to all enemies 4 times, even with the doppelgangers power weakened, combined with Quaga it's an awesome way to build stagger really quickly

@@stuffandthings617 yeah, I just saw another video that did doppelgänger+ arcane ward + magnify + quakega, it looked absolutely insane, but they recommend putting the system in performance mode so you don’t bust up your console lol

did you hear FF16 PC will have high frame rate over 100 fps and ultra wide support on pc.😁😁😁 man i'm so conflict now i'm thinking not to pick up the DLC on PS5 and wait for the PC release, i will play the game with the DLC from star on my 21:9... i still don't now how they will convert the QTE on PC 🤔

Windstorm deals wind elemental damage by default as its name denotes. Blindside also deals a small amount of AOE wind damage. Their value though is that if timed right, both attacks can cancel dangerous enemy attacks and pressure them.

@@jirajirawoo6900 All Ninjitsu Elements are Magic Based - her default Throwing Star attack is non elemental like mentioned in this very video. You can focus on whatever you feel you use most. Study what you use often and double down on that category.

I actually prefer to play as her instead of Cloud. However she can’t take a lot of damage and since I suck at dodging parrying I end up switching back to Cloud.
