I like the fact that the Moon spell should have already been destroyed when it equipped it to Silver Fang, and silver fang was destroyed. But in the end, the Moon left the field, so who's complaining 😸

I still remember the moment I found out they made it a real card. I was playing legacy of the Duelist and I got up to this duel. I was joking around that maybe the game would let me attack the moon to win, only for that card to appear in my opening hand. I laughed so hard I had to lie down for a moment.

Title factoid. At the beginning of DM, they didn’t know what they wanted to do. Pokemon was booming so they wanted to play off that. This is why you see “type” buffs and debuff in the DK arch . We look at it in hindsight now because we have the mechanics of the games but then we didn’t. So doing something like this was on par with what Pokemon would have done.

Failed to mention the "moon" in question was a full moon spell card that Yugi had played. He didn't make his soilder attack the real moon
