He figuratively summoned his mom. When the Numbers first manifest, they take on some characteristic of their users. In Nelson's case, when he picked up Number 83, it changed into a reflection of his issues with his mother - she was forcing him to be the perfect child star without any regard for how he felt. Yuma helps resolve Nelson's mommy issues in this duel and it's genuinely really heartwarming. But also, "you just summoned your mom" is a timeless classic dub line.

I'm lucky to be italian because the italian dub for most of the Zexal characters is *perfection* . Vector is a creepy psychopath and amazing villain, Yuma has a serious voice and doesn't get bad when he jokes around, shark has a fine voice, Kite has an amazing voice and Astral has the astral voice that is amazing to hear.
