Seems like you're running certain cards just to get rid of cards you don't need. But why not just run even more specific cards for the turbo? Why bother with E.Hero Electrum at all when you could run tempest or darkbright or thunder giant to get Parkman in the grave easier?

​@JuicemanGravy summoning electrum is instant 4 hero on the grave, total of 5 if you get rid of him which is the highest boost for Shining flare's atk out of all Fusion heroes. The aim of the deck is to dump at least 7 hero on the grave + Sparkman as fast as possible to summon Shining flare with at least 4,600 atk + twin blade(-500) then go for game.
