basically more filler cards just to make your chance to pull good cards even less, I think they did this for the 1st time which is stupid decision. (PS: the different blue-eyes artworks also make your chance even less, the entire set has 110 cards but with different artworks including 2 artworks for crush card virus plus 4 artworks of blue-eyes, so in terms of pull ratios it's pretty much 114 cards set)

Konami has said there's no short printing. That said, according to testing, Ash and Raigeki are short printed. lol So, Ultra's have a 33% chance, Ash has a 17% chance.

Atsuko Kagari konami retracted there no short print statement, saying "it all evens out in the long run of printing." Basically admitting to short printing chase cards upon release, still good reprints doe.

For the most part, we're the ones using the cards wrong. The cards are created in the anime, than altered when made real. We use erratas sort of. lol
