This set is incredible - so much better than the first (although can't argue with a set of god cards, exodia pieces and memorabilia cards like glory of the king's hand). Eternal Soul is an amazing card for DM support, along with the blue eyes/red eyes stones and Secret Village of the Spellcasters...this set pays for itself just with that card alone.

WoeIsJesse no not really the blue eyes/red eyes stones are worth only about maybe 2 dollars each or less since they are common. The really valuable ones are the secret rare or ultra rare versions. Also the blue eyes, red eyes and dark magician aren't worth much in common rarity either; just because it has a rare card name doesn't mean it'll be worth anything.

I'm not saying that the value of the card will be the same, I was simply stating that the value of this collection includes reprints of previously really rare cards. You can't purchase this and resell the Secret Village card for $40, but if you were looking into buying that card for a while and couldn't muster up the desire or money to purchase it, you can now have it in this set that costs less than that single card. You are getting your money "back" so to speak if you planned on investing in this card at some point. This, in combination with the white stone and red stone, makes this new release very valuable for people looking to use the cards, not resell them.

vgmaster02 spirit you can get in the tin. All you really need is alternative and sage and chaos max if you play that way but essentialy yes Kaibas gives you a huge start to a blue-eyes deck.

In early 2017 i had the chance to buy this set for just €35.00 at my local game shop here in Holland, At the time i thought i didnt want it because i allready owned most of the cards except for exodia and the god cards so i didnt want to waste 30 euro's for jus those cards seeing how i thought they where going to become a very low value pretty soon..... Boy o boy was that a mistake to make. Just the yugi deck alone is selling for $80+ on ebay. A sealed box can easily sell now for 150+ dollar. I am a yugioh fan, lover and collector. I do play the game but mostly online so i really really whish i bought like 10 of those back than haha.

With ties of the brethen you're able to summon command knight, valkyrian knight and flame swordsman, making valkyrian knight 2900 atk if you use swordman's eff, or even stronger with united we stand.
