I really like these videos. this just reminded me literally any ragnaraika deck can just splash rikka princess as an extender or to make strenna. I'm waiting to see if someone can finally crack the code to mix all the good insect/reptile/plant cards into one pile instead of just having it be X Ragnaraika deck. Rikka princess being probably being the best splashable plant card is a good example.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't detach rikka princess from strenna, and use the effect to add back the card you just detached, because it wasn't there at the activation.its what I was told at a locals.

Correct as you target as cost, it's if there is another princess in the GY you can add that back for the later stage grind. That's my fault tho as should of said "a strenna" rather than "the strenna"

@@zephyrwargamesyugioh actually you were right before, the target happens after you detach so you can detach princess and then put her back in hand off strenna’s effect, they were probably told they couldn’t because you need to have another viable target in grave (another plant/rikka) in order to activate the effect

Would it work with 3 seed 1 beetle 1 lizard 2 butterfly ? 1 bloom 1 hunting Dance ? Or js that 2 heavy on the Ragnaraika ?

@reeceedwards2283 yeah that will work, you still don't need to go to heavy on seed you need to remember you want your normals to ideally be traptrix

Nice list but I gotta say one card that doesn’t get enough love is Chain Hole, it’s my favorite hole trap card and I’ve never seen anyone else run it… like imagine negating an ash and make them banish another copy from deck or rip a card from their hand, who would say no to that?

its very situational, in todays speed of the game, banishing a ash from the deck is probs beneficial to the opp as you dont really want to draw into another ash as apposed to a combo piece later on, so with a select amount for hole cards, chain hole just isnt one of the top ones there imo, and most, hense why ppl dont run it, they would rather run ones more controlled and effective.

The evil seed seems more important at 3 than the spell at 3. Is there a reason for that?

@xrobot77 I mean you have more backrow to protect in this version, It's a free exstender if needed. Also the comment "pretty standard for the traptrix line up" is for this hybrid if the deck, not a pure traptrix version, think you took that bit little to literal.
