This is where we disagree, I prefer anime rap to actually tie into it's source. I have my rapper list to listen to when I want to hear things trying into and dealing with real-life. It's a problem with modern day media to begin with, everything doesn't have to tie into real life or the real world. Everything doesn't have to reference or be a commentary of it. Some times I want escapism to remain that, escapism and anime rap is just another form of escapism.
