Can i loop a quick effect? Like tribute a monster for its effect bring it back and do it again?

That question is too vague to answer, are you saying can you add a card to hand and use it again, maybe idk what the card says or its conditions to activate are to comment. My best guess is maybe. If you want... ask a more specific scenario.

@@LegacyCrusaders Lets say i summon „Gamma The Electromagnet Warrior“ Tribute it during opponets turn to special a lvl 4 „Magnet warrior“. Then play „call of the hunted“ to bring „Gamma The Electromagnet Warrior“ back and tribute it again to special another lvl 4 „Magnet Warrior“ . Is this possible?

The first effect is called a HARD ONCE PER TURN and applies to monsters who say you can only use the effect of monsters with "specific name" once per turn. So you can not get the on summon effect twice per turn. The other effect has no clause written on it so it not a soft once per turn, hard once per turn, or use once per turn, and as it tributes itself no clause is needed to say it should be once because that copy could never be used twice because it's tributed. If the card didn't remove itself it would probably add a clause about being either a soft or hard once per turn. So yes you can do that play. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Magnet Warrior" monster from your hand, except "Gamma The Electromagnet Warrior". You can only use this effect of "Gamma The Electromagnet Warrior" once per turn. During your opponent's turn: You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 "Magnet Warrior" monster from your Deck (this is a Quick Effect).
