So question wouldnt it be easy for them to use the mimighoul as material so you dont have to flip them?

A face down monster can't be used as material for a synchro, xyz, or link summon, only fusion, ritual or tribute summons. 98% of the time that doesn't happen, but it's a lot more common to have a set monster sent by Diabellatar or Forbidden Droplet.
