Le fait que l’enregistrement soit imparfait n’est pas désagréable à mon avis. Ça lui donne un certain flou. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais ça donne du charme, comme si on entendait cela de plus loin, on a moins besoin d’accrocher sur les détails. Cette interprétation est merveilleuse selon moi, je ne crois pas qu’on puisse aller plus loin dans la beauté.

I notice that most of her recent concerts caught on video show her using a tablet/ipad with the score. That is so "boss": lesser artists make their playing without the score part of the theatrics, the spectacle. YW is so past that, that she keep the score there even for apiece she has been able to basically play in her sleep for decades. There's no way she doesn't have this memorized backwards and forwards. Probably just modesty.
