Thanks for your great comment! I see that there are not many videos like this in Korea. I did not know that. Glad the English subtitles helped! I hope to shoot a video with Shinichi Ubukata someday! Might take a little time, but look forward to it! 항상 제 영상을 봐주셔서 감사합니다!

Hey everyone! In this video, I've created a guide to help you create the sound of Bocchi-the-Rock's famous song using a multi-effects pedal you may have! The tips I'm sharing in this video can also be applied to other songs, so feel free to use them as a reference! If you enjoyed this video, please hit the like button and subscribe to the channel! Feel free to leave your feedback or requests in the comments section! Thank you for tuning in!

I've never seen a video so detailed on effects and how to find your sound, thank you so much! Now I feel like I understand how to find sounds a lot more, and even my cheap strato can sound a lot closer to the original thanks to this! I was messing around with pedals so much but I wasn't getting anywhere and now I also applied this to get the "Flashbacker" sound!

Thank you! I am glad you appreciate it that way. I will be explaining how to use effect pedals with English subtitles in the future, so please subscribe to my channel and watch!

Thank you for the Bocchi videos. I just received my 611VFM and began modifying it like Bocchi’s. I’ve also achieved Kessoku Band’s sound with my new Quad Cortex thanks to your videos. Cheers!

i'd recommend using the cabinet simulation as well after the amp sim. it makes it sound much more realistic and less like a distorted DI signal.

Nice tutorial! I've rewatched this video after a while, but now I just realized that Bocchi was using Les Paul (vintage at that) for the songs, and not the Pacifica. Will this affect how we choose the settings since the pickups and overall body are different?
@YujinImanishi Жыл бұрын
Yes, the optimum setting values change slightly when a Les Paul is connected, but the same procedures and approaches can be used in most cases. So, set it up the same way as in this video, and then you can fine-tune it a little yourself. You will surely arrive at a good sound.

Imanishi-san, thank you for making the tone on equipment not as expensive to what Bocchi uses! May I ask, is the first song more for the RAT sound, and the second one for the BD2? I find your videos interesting, entertaining and inspiring, thank you very much!
@YujinImanishi Жыл бұрын
In this video, I tried to create the sound of the original song without being too conscious of the RAT or BD2. I am very happy that you enjoyed watching my video! I will continue to make videos that you will enjoy watching!

I wanted to add as well that regarding the BOSS Blues Driver rights policy with anime, there is another anime named Given (also a rock band anime, very good as well), there is a Green pedal with the same artwork as the one shown in Bocchi, and I also suspect that it would be the famous Ibanez Tube Screamer, maybe they have a similar policy as well? Thank you very much for your videos, I look forward to the subtitles for your previous videos, you have very interesting content in your channel especially for me that I´m continuosly learning about guitar gear, pedals, and everything in between. Kind regards from overseas!

This is so good Yujin-san, is there a way to also do this for the Boss Katana? update: I tried after Yujin-san's advice and it works!
@YujinImanishi Жыл бұрын
Yes, this way of thinking can be used with BOSS Katana. If you connect one drive pedal in front of the amp for a booster, you'll have more variations in sound creation, as I told you in this video!
@kohenm Жыл бұрын
also try searching for the sneaky amp presets, they give you so much more variation in the amount of amps you can choose from!
Can I know what adapter you used for caj ac/dc station ver.2? I have only the adapters whose output is DC not AC, but ac/dc station ver.2 needs input of 9-12VAC. So, I want to know what adapter I should use for ac/dc station ver.2 or if it is okay to use the adapter that has output of DC. And thank you for the great video.
@YujinImanishi Жыл бұрын
The caj ac/dc station ver.2 cannot be used with a DC output adapter. As you are aware, you must have an adapter with AC output. Unfortunately I do not know how to purchase the adapters separately either. Sorry I can't help you, contact caj and you may get an answer.
