Every day there was a Hustle game was a good day but I always wished he'd try to be a bit more assertive. Now he's showing everyone he deserves to be taken truly seriously. He needs to keep on putting the work, as it shows, but also being careful not to become overly selfish in an attempt to prove himself. This was a balanced game.. Also half-court alley-oop? Daaaaaaamn

@@jasonphan2001 Well nobody do full court pressure in nba do to the insane schedule and the fast pace of nowaday games, you can't defend against a 6'7 6'8 shooter when you are 5'10 unless you have super long arms, there is too much space in nba court to be effective in stealing unless you have super long arms too and the players today are too good offensively to get their ball stolen on dribble. The type of player you describe me are typicaly point guard in fiba/euroleague competition like Yuki or TJ Shorts in Paris. They are super talented players but they can't play in the nba. Basketball is a sport for big human being and the nba is the epitome of that.

Don't know much about how contracts work but why is Yuki only playing consistently in G League and not the big games in the NBA? It seems Grizzlies only bring him out in the final minutes when victory is assured. Is it some contract thing or is he simply just not effective in the big stage?
@NigraXXL9 күн бұрын
My bet is that they just don't want to risk the games because they already have Ja.. so they only give him some garbage minutes to give him a chance to prove himself. So far it's been nice but not enough to convince them to put him above the other point guards. He needs this a few bigger chances to put up this kind of performance. It's also awkward because Ja has been surrounded by controversy, but is very very good as well and seems to be good friends with Yuki
@seangill839 күн бұрын
he is limited to a certain number of games on a 2 way contract, so it seems sensible to let him cook in the G league as long as their team is healthy, as he can provide valuable depth if someone gets hurt later in the season
