They’re called Precure. Glitter force was the old generation of this Precure series, they’re also called Smile Precure in the original name! You can search it up

So no, this was not based on glitter force, thats like saying a new season of a show is based on the english dub of a previous season.

nope! the individual seasons (except max heart, gogo, and otona, which are sequel seasons) have any continuity to each other. you can watch the seasons in any order basically
