@@francescolazzari1985 I don't doubt that he has potential, but I don't want to see him being rushed up to F1 too quickly, then fail to deliver on the pressure and expectations and have all that be blamed on him. We've seen what happened to Gasly and what's happening to Albon right now, and I wouldn't want the same thing happening to a promising young star like Yuki either.

@@francescolazzari1985 He's certainly good enough and RB doesn't have time to wait for him because there's Vips in 2022 and maybe Lawson after. The thing is, he was in Japan F4 2 years ago. He has not raced in European tracks until F3. He will make quite a bit of rookie mistakes next year in F1 despite his talent, and while some hardcore fans will understand it and give him time, majority of the fans and maybe some journalist will give him a lot of criticism and maybe even personal attack on his social media. I do believe he will make F1 next year though and he can learn a lot from Gasly. Hopefully he can at least get 2 full years in an AT and not rushed into RB.

That’s what testing is for, pushing the car to the limits off race, he pushed a little too far and got it back in control, with just a couple of hours on it. That’s a nice control, just like young Max at Interlagos testing the grip 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The real reason these cars dont sound like this on TV is because the audio is drowned by the commentary and the multiple cameras with multiple microphones playing at different points on the tracks. If there was only one microphone it would sound exactly like this video.

I am a Japanese living in UK. I was in Imola in 94 when the tragedy happened. Looking at the circuit it was much kooler in terms of the layout and atomspher. By the way Tsunoda did a good job at 1stride on F1.

At Silverstone F3, Tsunoda was faster than Norris. 0.001 second difference from Sainz. Tsunoda is fast.

Way too early. They are overhyping the boy. He might be good but he isn't good enough yet. I hope they don't bring him too early, but that is what they always do with Japanese drivers. Japan is a huge and profitable market so the revenue he will bring is phenomenal. If F1 truly was based on talent then Gasly would be in the redbull again, Shwartzmann would have a seat and Illot would be in an Alfa Romeo.

@@Roguescienceguy Ilott has been in F3 for four years and has been in F2 for two and a half years. Slow to master. Tsunoda has F3 for one year and F2 for one year. Shwartzman competed with his teammate Daruvala in F3 in 2019. Daruvala in 2020 is far behind Tsunoda. If Shwartzman and Tsunoda are on the same team, the same is true.

I believe he'll have a great time with Alpha. He and Gasly could take the fight to RB in the front rows next season. That said, however, I don't think RB is the best team for him. He should stick around Alpha long enough, and if things goes well, find another front row team. Don't go to RB.
I will say, the turbocharged V-6 engines do sound better now than they did in 2014, much more like the turbocharged engines of the late-1980s. I can't wait to hear what they'll sound like in 2022! Oh also, by the way, Honda turbocharged V-6 engines have always sounded the best!
