This is Lara Fabian's version of Caruso. I know her voice anywhere, it's so beautiful. This rumba is gorgeous and difficult with the lifts and intricate footwork. They are a beautiful couple, who according to their Instagram, are now engaged to be married. 🌹😘 Congratulations Y & R!

+Алина Матросова Its @rydancecom. Its the photo, with Yuri, the dog and Yulia in Christmas hats. Yulia's ring finger is noticeably on display with a big diamond ring on it. Riccardo's facebook page has it as well with more congratulatory comments including from their coach, Donnie Burns. R & Y have always been private about their personal life, so I'm not surprised by the subtlety. However it is very clear how much they respect, admire and love one another on and off the floor. =)

+snickers880 I thought they'd starting dating sometime in 2010, around the time they switched coaches. At the 2010 Asia Open Riccardo kisses Yulia on the lips during the Cha Cha & it wasn't part of the dance, it was so sweet & like he couldn't help himself. I really love that whole video as it has all the dances together & they look so happy. I'd noticed a change in their dancing as well, much more intimate & connected.

Helge Chistophersen. Yes, they portray alot of love, romance, and care and intimacy. Only problem is, the authentic character of rumba has nothing to do with any of those emotions. I could explain but I wont . But do yourself a favour and research what the proper story of this dance really is. By all means you can make it romantic and loving if you want but it completely changes the flavour and its authentic look and feel.

@@makuletreg15 I am a huge fan of their rhythm dances, but not so much their rumba, but this is probably the best I've seen. Rumba is by far the most difficult of the Latin dances to characterise and I find their rumba overly clinical and Riccardo is so focused on being the ever supportive partner that he is too much absent in the performance and disappears into the background too much. Rumba is as much the mans dance as the lady and he misses the mark in this dance for me. Artistically he falls short in this dance, or at least he does for me. Note that 93 people have given this a thumbs down which imo is far too many for a ten times world champion. In their other dances you seen very few thumbs down. That has to say something that their rumba characterisation does not appeal to a good number of people.

Лучшая партнёрша из виденных мною за последние 25 лет. Она хораша и с Кожевниковым и с Риккардо. Риккардо более техничен, более точен вывеиен в движениях (Юлия рядом с ним кое в чем потянула технику). Макс более пластичен и живой что-ли (из него бьёт искра) и к тому же великолепный постановщик. Так что Юлии чрезвычайно повезло с партнёрами.
