A 1907 steam locomotive on Pivot Point Plaza commemorates the Southern Pacific Railroad, which once ran through the city.

Thank you! That drive meant a lot to me and brought back some sweet memories of when I lived in Yuma. I graduated Yuma High School in 1972 and promptly left. I have been back out there maybe 6 times since then, and it has changed every time I was there. My family has lived there from the late 50's to 2008 when my father passed. I have been dreaming of returning to Yuma for the last 40 years but now, it just feels like 'There's no reason for me to go back'. Nobody out there that I know. At one time I wanted my Dad to drive down 4th Avenue filming it and send me the VHS but he never got around to it. Your video did just that and I thank you!
