Squad 11 has no problem with kido, Zaraki and Ikkaku just suck at it. Zaraki's mentor was literally a kido master. What they have a problem with is using kido as main combat method. Ruriirokujaku, once invoked, literally loses it's cutting edge. It's not even a sword at that point. Killing an enemy without using even a little swordsmanship is heretical
