​@@jossiejeya424exactly if u r not consuming processed sugar ,refined flour n excess carb .The above mentioned recipe is best, ppl think butter n oil are culprit actual are sugar n refined carbs. Infact while on diet I consume only ghee butter vegetables n non veg items.
