^^ Indonesian Coconut Rice
- 375 gr of rice (rinsed)
- 450 ml of water
- 65 ml of coconut cream
- 3 pcs of keffir lime leaves
- 3 pcs of bay leaves
- 1 lemongrass
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of msg (chicken powder/mushroom bouillon)
- 2 cm of galangal
