Yummy Ninja Airfryer Apple Cake

Yummy Apple Cake cooked for the first time in the Ninja - made two with the intention of freezing the second but oh no, we ate the second one as well they were sooooo delicious.
Recipe here:
180g Self Raising Flour
180g Butter/Marg
180g Sugar
140g Apple cut into 1cm chunks
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 medium eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Cream butter and sugar, once creamed, add 1 egg at a time.
Sprinkle a little flour/cinnamon over the apple chunks. Slowly add Flour/baking powder & cinnamon to the bowl, whisk until smooth.
Add to 2 lined loaf tins
Bake for 35 mins 150c
Cover with foil and bake for further 10 mins
Let cool in tins once done
Enjoy!

I made this this afternoon. I had to use a disposable aluminium tray with a paper liner in it as I didn't have a small enough tin. They came out beautifully. I understand how your second cake didn't make it into the freezer. Don't be afraid to use this recipe and if you follow the recipe you will have 2 very morrish cakes. I love your site and your style of cooking. I have tried several of your recipes. Who would think you could cook boiled eggs in an airfryer, but it works.

Just made one of these apple cakes i brought just one of the tala loaf pan i greased it but did not use any greaseproof paper it just fell out of the tin best tin ive ever had thanks for recommending these tins brilliant non stick my cake turned out perfectly really moist it wont last long 😅

yay just made again third time now but I put in bit other stuff maybe you try it I put in chopped walnuts , I make just one cake we just with 2 people, I put in vanilla extract, I make myself. I bake the apples with the chopped walnuts and cinnamon and also in there a bit of vanilla extract and I use coconut blossom sugar instead of normal sugar and think it goes well because it smells really great in kitchen it looks darker guess because of the sugar but is really nice recipe your apple cake but I always try to see what I can do to make it my own lol but it is so nice to watch your video's so easy and simple to follow

I baked it today it really smells good and taste delicious also it went so fast in my ninja I got think a smaller one the 300 without the probe or temperature thingy for messuring the meat inside the drawer but I got a loose one with a wire so if need can use that to is small enough to fit to go inside but really this apple cake is great thanks for recipe also made the barbeque marinade and made some nice chicken breast with baked potatoes and salade I learn allot of this channel about cooking in the airfryer mostly did chips and chicken or other snacks so is fun watching your video's and it is payeble and tasty so is great thanks hope you make lots of video's more greetings from the Netherlands

Thank you Pauline for subbing and watching👋😀💕 yes normal loaf tins will be too big, the ones I use are Tala 1lb tins, they fit perfectly, some 1lb tins have lips that stick out too much and won't fit in, but these Tala ones are just right. There is a link to them in the description👍👍

Your cake looks so yummy but the second cake you made wrap it when its cooled down and leave for a bout a week your cake will be more tasty .I thought when you cut your cake oh what a good pudding that would make a nice slice of cake with custard over perfect pud love fran xxxx

You are not wrong about custard Fran, I had the same thought myself but we only had ice cream (that was lovely too) I will definitely make this again and will do as you suggest, as that's a fab idea - but it will be a struggle thou not to eat it! 😄👍💕
