In Sabah, Malaysia (Bajau ethnic) we call it 'Limbit', and banana flower as 'jantung pisang'. We just boil limbit with water, some salt and lemongrass. Jantung pisang masak lemak was my favourite, which is cook with coconut milk. Yummyyyy

Your good , but nay I suggest simpke cooking snails us jyst plain water , but saute furst with farluc, shallots, green chiki, fush sauce, n ginger, cucumber us nit really a vegebrake, you can use as for sakad eith kettuece n carrots , oxtsil make it into stew with eitger adding paoaya, green leaves if chili, or water spubach with long beans vanana flliweror cabbage eith potatoes, or saute eith inions, garluc, soysayce, piratoed, red bell peppet n lots of tomatoes, this yummy too.
