YUMMY TOFU BALLS RECIPE

Hello mga Ka- Nation! Another #SimpleRecipe and to try something new in our menu list. These moist and tender tofu balls come in the most delicious sweet and sour sauce. Serve with rice or just dip in a sauce for a delicious snack or weeknight dinner.

Tofu Balls Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1onion (minced)
4 pcs tokwa / tofu
Carrot (grated)
Spring onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp powdered pepper
1)2 tsp salt
5 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
Sauce Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Onion (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch
250 ml water
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp powdered pepper
4 tbsp sugar (or adjust depending on your preference)
Chili (optional)
