Do you even know what happens behind the doors of restaurants ? Atleast they're showing how it's being prepared to everyone who cares to see. They work hard to feed thier family and btw people buy this on thier own and no one forces them to buy . People find it delicious and thus buy it. Food is being prepared in front of the customers . Nothing is hidden but still people are buying it. It's people's choice whether they want to buy that food or not . Those who are pretty sure that all restaurants serve quality food , you should go and check kitchen nightmares of Gordon Ramsay . *However I also agree that they should take proper care of hygiene. I always have great regards to people like this who cook wholesome food on streets and give more than money's worth to food lovers and hungry stomachs. First dish is called Egg bonda. It'll be crispy outside and soft inside. Second dish is called Tomato Bonda. Texture is same as Egg bonda, but the taste obviously differs. Third and fourth dishes in which she cut those bondas will have spicy and tangy tastes. But, to taste all these it's good if you visit India :)

جميل جدا بالنظر الى بعض التعليقات السلبيه ، هذه طبيعتهم وما بيها اي شي ، وبرأيي اعتبره نضيف لان الطعام دخل بالزيت وبدرجه حراره عليه ورح تكون نضيفه من ✌🏻 الاوساخ او الجراثيم مثل ما بتقولو تحياتي لكم ، هذا رأيي💝

غالبية الشعب الهندي حتى اكل الطعام بالأيدي دون استخدام الملاعق،،قصد كلامي طبيعيه الحالة ان يطهوا الطعام في مكان عام أو مطعم دون استخدام الكفوف الخاصة بالطهي،،لكن مادام إنطهى الطعام في درجة حرارة عالية اكيد كل الجراثيم اذا كان في جراثيم تنتهي.
