TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mini Khaja Recipe | Mini Crispy Khaja Sweet Recipe | Chirote Recipe | Odisha | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Combine well
Holds shape perfect consistency
Water 3 tbsp
Make smooth dough
Rest for 10 mins
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins medium low flame
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Keep aside
After 10 mins
Dust corn flour
Oil spread evenly
Corn flour
Roll it
Apply water
Medium hot oil
Fry until golden brown
Put into sugar syrup
Soak for 1 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
