TODAY'S RECIPE IS Cotton Marble Cake Recipe | Super Soft & Fluffy Marble Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
Straight well
4 egg white
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 1/2 cup
Add gradually
Add dry ingredients gradually
Beat for 10-20 seconds (do not over beat)
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Separate some batter
Cocoa powder
Mix well
8 inch greased pan
Swirl with a stick
Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
